Waves of Inspiration kit to go with exclusive video!

Waves of the ocean Save

One of my March card kits to go features the Waves of the Ocean suite.  I've been playing with it and as you can see in the cards below it is a stunning group of products!  

Most of the cards pictured will be featured in my exclusive videos for those who opt in for this kit.

The kit includes the Waves of Inspiration stamp and dies bundle along with a 6 card kit, videos for at least 10 cards and a PDF tutorial.  *if you already own this bundle you can substitute other product valued at $51 or more. 

The kit is $82 & includes the following:

  • 6 beautiful pre-cut cards ready for you to stamp & assemble
  • all pre-cut pieces (you'll receive the paper needed to die-cut your own waves, birds etc using your new Waves dies)

Waves collection 2 Save

This kit and cards are for the intermediate or advanced stamper. It includes multiple techniques such as heat embossing, blending with brushes or sponges, die-cutting and masking.  No worries though; the exclusive videos will guide you step by step!  

I used the following inks and supplies: Versamark ink. a heat tool & White embossing powder, Bermuda Bay, Pacific Point, Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight, Coastal Cabana & Calypso Coral. You will also need sponged or blending brushes and a die-cutting machine (for your new dies).

  • Neat Double Decker pop-up card with measurements

    Today I'm sharing a new pop-up fold – at least it's new to me!  It's called a Double Decker pop up. 

    Masterfully Made 5 Save

    Measurements: 

    • White card base 8 ½” X 5 ½” scored at 2 1/8” & 4 ¼”
    • White inside pop-up box – 3 ½” square scored at ¾”, 1 ½”, 2 ¼” and 3”
    • Front textured piece 1 7/8” X 5 ¼”
    • Scalloped White inside die-cut is 3 1/8” X 4 ½”
    • Fresh Freesia is 2 ¾” X 3 ¾”
    • Designer Paper – 2 pieces per card; 2 ½” X 3 ½” & 4” X 5 ¼”

    The pre-cut card kit includes $20 in products including a half pack of this pretty paper, 2 colors of twine and a share of sparkly sequins.

    MASTERFULLY MADE 12" X 12" (30.5 X 30.5 CM) DESIGNER SERIES PAPER Save

    The inside 'box' that pops up the scalloped rectangle layer is adhered to both the side and back of the card.  It folds flat when mailing but sure adds nice dimension when the card is opened.

  • One Horse Open Sleigh Spanner fun fold card

    I was surprised to see the One Horse Open Sleigh designer paper back in stock.  It was unavailable last week but it's back now.  I featured it in one of my July card kits to go.  See it here online.

    ONE HORSE OPEN SLEIGH 6" X 6" (15.2 X 15.2 CM) DESIGNER SERIES PAPER Save

    This designer paper is so pretty; it's filled with beautiful scenes and soft prints. 

    It's called a spanner card because of it's unique fold – the horizontal layer spans the card from side to side.

    I added a few die-cut trees on the right side.  I colored them with Blends markers – adding brown and Gray Granite to the white. The greeting is from the Lasting Joy stamp set. 

    The Gray Granite card base is a simple 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4".  Then you cut up to the score line at the 1 1/4" mark on front; on both sides. 

    I added designer paper to the center panel and also to both side panels.  The horizontal piece 'spans' under the to side panels like this:

    Measurements:

    • Card base 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" score at 4 1/4".  Cut up to the score line at 1 1/4". 
    • Horizontal layer 5 1/2" X 1"
    • Designer paper 2 3/4" X 4" and two pieces 1" X 4" for the sides.
