Sparkle of the Season cards & box; it would make a wonderful gift!

I had to get the Sparkle of the Season bundle right away.  It is perfect for many, many occasions and these wreath dies were one of the options I gave Stampin' Up! for one of my Million Dollar stamp set ideas. You can see it on page 58 of the Holiday catalog; or click here to see it online.

I used the Delicate Dahlias stamp set for a few of the greetings here.  Other products used were: 

  • Cork & Kraft paper in the Holiday catalog
  • Calypso Coral, Bermuda Bay, Pool Party, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, So Saffron, Soft Succulent, Vanilla & Evening Evergreen CS
  • Inks – Versamark, Crumb Cake
  • Metallic pearls & Artistry Sequins, Banners Pick a Punch, Vanilla envelopes, Circles Collection dies

I bet you're wondering where this card box is from.  It's quite hidden in the Holiday catalog in my opinion.  See it here or on page 11 or 75.  There are 10 in a package and they already have adhesives on the flaps! They fit our A2 cards & envelopes perfectly!  Get 10 for $10. I heat embossed leaves on it for added texture.  Check out the video below for my tip on masking the window.

  • Gatefold Velvet Meadow arches card

    Here’s another neat card sample featuring the Velvet Meadow suite:

    Gatefold cards are a great way to use your pretty designer series paper. Each side measures 1 7/8″ X 5 1/4″. I stamped the pretty flowers from the Flowering Meadow bundle seen here on the White arch die-cut; then layered it on the next size larger Peaceful Pine arch die-cut.

    The Arches dies are out of stock currently but will be back.

    I stamped the flowers in Bubble Bath, Berry Burst and Peaceful Pine ink. The greeting is stamped on a strip of White that is layered on the Velvet specialty paper in Bubble Bath color. A pretty but easy card.

    The color combinations Stampin’ Up! comes up with in their designer paper continues to amaze me. They make it so easy to make beautiful, coordinating projects. Our color families and the matching products is what drew me to Stampin’ Up! over 21 years ago and is still one of my favorite things about them.
