Pretty Daisy Daydream card & sneak peek of upcoming Paper Pumpkin kits

I created this beautiful card using the March Daisy Daydream Paper Pumpkin kit. It's one of my alternatives made with items in the kit.

I used the card base and the stamp set but added a few other items such as:

  • Perennial Postage die-cut that I sponged the edges on
  • leaves die-cuts from the Cheerful Daisy dies
  • Daffodil Delight ribbon (adhered loops to the back)
  • a Mossy Meadow layer
  • Adhesive-Backed Metallic gems 

Each month all of my Paper Pumpkin customers (and team members) receive a free tutorial filled with alternative ideas. It's really fun to receive a kit each month and start playing with the items in the box.

    They recommend using the Seriously the Best stamp set but you can substitute any set you'd like.  I have sure loved using this stamp set though.  I love the nice big greetings in the pretty font!

  • Stock up on your Men’s cards!

    Most of us have lots of feminine, pretty or cute cards but when we need a card for the men in our life we usually have to scramble!  

    Well I've got a quick solution for you.  Use the Come Sail Away Memories & More cards plus the Cards & Envelopes.  You can either purchase my pre-cut 12 cards kit to go with pdf tutorial here or just the tutorial alone here.

  • Delicate Lace Edgelits; marked down & on sale!

    I am shocked at the price of the Delicate Lace Edgelit dies on the Last Chance list.  They are marked down from $29 to $11.60 right now.  I've used them a ton; in fact one of our Club cards features them this month.

    You might wonder about the card above.  It was made at one of my Technique classes.  The tissue paper was colored with Pigment Sprinkles, dried and adhered loosely to card stock.  Then swipe Versamark over it and heat emboss with Gold powder.
