Masterfully Made & Wanted to Say quick card ideas with video tips

And our annual Stampin' Sale is done!  Each June my customers and I host a paper crafting sale – this year we had 30 sellers and we had a fabulous turnout!

That photo was just the stamps for sale; we had so much more!  I wish you could be here for it, but I know it is a long way for some to Minot, ND.  But if you're near me, plan for the weekend after Father's Day. Make a road trip if you can.  
We had one person come from St. Louis and another who was in town visiting from Peru!  They were so glad to be here for this annual event.

Last week I shared three card ideas featuring three products: Masterfully Made designer series paper, Wanted to Say dies and Border Basics dies. Here's one of them:

The Masterfully Made designer paper features a torn edge look to a few of the sheets.  I chose this one because of it's beautiful colors.  I added Berry Burst, Fresh Freesia and Azure Afternoon in the die-cuts from the Wanted to Say dies.  This set of dies has a detailed and a layered die for each set of words in the set, plus a bunch of other dies like the flowers I used here. The angled border on the White card base is die-cut with the Basic Borders dies seen here.  I love these and use them often.  You can see them here.  I saved the piece I die-cut and used it on another card.  Here are both of the cards I made, using two different sheets of the Masterfully Made DSP.

As you can see, there is no stamping on the front.  But I did add a greeting to the inside:

• Two Unique Window cards with Dragonfly Dreams & Soar Confidently stamp sets.

  I'm featuring our Team Swaps this week and the theme was 'window cards'.  I was so impressed with each and every one of them!  

  First up is Deloris's card with the Dragonfly Garden stamp set seen here.

  The little dragonfly is from the Dragonfly Punch which is in the Dragonfly Garden bundle seen here.

  She used two of the Stitched Label dies and the Subtle embossing folder.  Her colors are Pear Pizzazz and Rich Razzleberry.  I believe she colored the flowers in with Blends markers.  Beautiful job! 

  *The greeting and die-cut are retired and not currently available.

  Next is a gorgeous card made by Ginny.  She used the Oval dies and the Soar Confidently stamp set seen here.

  Her colors are Crumb Cake with Soft Suede & Vanilla. That great texture is from the Tasteful Textile folder in the annual catalog. Adding a bit of color to the balloon really makes it stand out!  Take a look at the inside!

• Sand & Sea Spinner Fun-Fold card

  For our Team swap this month Candace created this pretty spinner card with the Friends are Like Seashells bundle and the Seashell embossing folder.

  This gorgeous embossing folder has been unavailable for a few weeks; but it should be back in stock on the 29th of March.

  Her colors are Sahara Sand, Navy & Calypso Coral. She used the Oval dies and the Stitched Shapes dies for her spinner.  She also added beautiful shimmer to the shell but it doesn't show up well in this photo. 

  To make a spinner card you need to adhere a length of twine between two ovals adhering the twine under another layer on the main card.  It's not hard; just a bit fiddly. 

  She went above the window card theme and added a surprise flip up layer!
