Impressions Abloom In Color card with free project sheet & video

I shared this pretty card on last week's Live video.  We made it at my card clubs in May.

It features two of our newest In Colors – Strawberry Slush and Darling Duckling.  The card base is Summer Splash.  I think these colors are fabulous together. 

The Strawberry Slush layer was embossed with the new Pressed Flowers embossing folder.  It's part of this suite and can be seen here.

I popped up the stamped oval and adhered the stitched frame flat. I added our new 2025-27 In Color flat pearls. They're awesome and can be found here.  They come in the previous In Colors as well. 

The Impressions Abloom bundle has it all; floral and greeting images with fabulous, coordinating dies.  I'll be sharing a few cards made with it this week to convince you how great it is.  

IMPRESSIONS ABLOOM BUNDLE (ENGLISH) Save

This stamp set is both a 2-step set and distinktive which means it gives multiple hues of color with one inking.  

Look at the Summer Splash flowers on each card. They're different. The card on the left was done by not matching up the flower images. It gives the look of a fuller flower compared to the card on the right.  Lots of options!

    I've created another group of colorful scrapbook layouts for the scrappers!  If you're wanting to get some pages done quickly this is for you.  And for those who like to jazz up their pages you can add to them easily.

    2. We will provide a list of products you’ll need before the event. We will also provide a Project Measurements PDF before the event. Following the event, we will post an Instructions PDF so that you can recreate the projects we made on World Card Making Day.
    3. Purchasing the bundles will add to the fun, but it isn’t necessary to join in. We want everyone to get excited about card making and see how easy, fun, and rewarding it can be. Anyone is welcome to use their own supplies during the event or just watch for the entertainment factor.  
    4. This event will be recorded and you’ll be able to access it on the platform after the live event.

    I've been sharing projects Annette made as part of my Team's Artist of the Month series.  My Flowerbug's team members have a chance to opt in to create projects featuring a stamp set or bundle they choose.  They get to keep the product for creating project for our group.  

    She chose the Bewitching Bundle from our 2022 Holiday catalog seen here.

    She made a slimline card from Gray Granite cardstock and added three of our newest In colors.

    She stamped each one in Black Memento ink and colored each one with Blends markers.  They're popped up on stitched White squares from the Stylish Shapes dies.

    She also added trim from the Silver Mesh ribbon.  Love the spiders hanging in each frame!

    Next up is a sweet treat bag with Starry Sky.  You can find these bags in our 2022 Holiday catalog on page 35. These bags have star cutouts that make it easy to add color by inserting a piece of paper behind.  Here she added some 2022-24 In Color glimmer paper.

    She tied the bag closed with Silver Mesh and 1/8" Starry Sky metallic ribbons.  Love the many rhinestones on the hat!
