On last week's video I shared how to make a fun cow card and a pig too. Today I'll share the sheep version!

I decided to use a Pool Party card base to coordinate with the Sunny Days designer paper. The Deckled circle dies are an easy way to create a cute card.  The greeting is from the Heartfelt Hellos stamp set seen here.  Both the DSP & stamps are still available for FREE with any $50 purchase in our Sale-a-Bration promotion.  I'm so sad this promotion ends today!

I wanted to use puff paint for the fuzzy sheep body & the top of her head but it's not currently part of our products so I used the punch and punched a bunch of white pieces to add for her fur. In hindsight I should have used a cotton ball – pulling it apart and adding thin bits of it with glue.  That would have been much easier!

    Look at these gorgeous fun fold cards featuring the Mediterranean Blooms designer paper.

    Navy, Yellow, Peach & White pair up to create stunning projects. There are 5 fancy fold designs and I made 2 of each. These projects include some fussy cutting of the designer paper images. 

    This pre-cut kit is $30 plus shipping & includes the following:

    • 10 pre-cut cards including die-cuts
    • 1/2 pkg of Mediterranean Blooms DSP (6" X 12"), a share of White Diagonal trim ribbon, and Opal Round gems & 10 envelopes

  • Friends for Life cards; a quick layout you’ll love. Check out the free project sheet & video too

    Today I'm sharing an eye-catching card made with the Friends for Life bundle.  I think they're fabulous if I do say so myself!

    They feature the Friends for Life bundle seen here.  I also used two more favorites – the Spotlight on Nature dies and the Dotted Circles 3D embossing folder.  *Click on each title to see them in my store. 

    The unique Designer paper is the Full of Life 6 X 6" paper seen here.  I love it so much; it includes bright bursts of colorful patterns filled with watercolor type prints.  *my free tutorial of the month features this suite!  See below.

    The measurements are so simple. I cut the 6" DSP down to 5 1/4" X 6" and then cut that into two pieces – one for each card. I then textured it with the Dotted 3D embossing folder and added it to a narrow strip of coordinating card stock on the left side. 

    All that's left is to add the layered circles and friend die-cut. 

    I matched the DSP with coordinating card stock. The card above is Night of Navy and this card below is Shaded Spruce.

    As you can see I used many of the fun die-cuts includes as well as a few stamps.  I did heat emboss the greeting with White embossing powder. Heat embossing adds a special touch to cards in my opinion. 

    My colors include the new Summer Splash with Melon Mambo & White.
