Hello Ladybug & Island Vibes paired up in this easy Fun Fold card
I played with the Hello Ladybug stamp set & punch bundle for Tuesday's FB Live this week. Each card uses the punch in a different way! See the video here. Here's one of the cards we made:
The colors are Granny Apple Green, Magenta Madness, Black & White. It's a bright and happy card for sure! I used the Island Vibe stamp set for the greenery; it's in our Sale-a-Bration offering and free with a $50 order through February.
If you ever want to turn a traditional card into a fun fold you cannot get easier than this one! Score your 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" card base at 4 1/4" (or fold it in half) then fold the front in half again.

Hot Deals in February:
Choose $125 in product PLUS any 2 stamp sets free in February!
The Flowers of Home dies are in the 2022-23 Annual Catalog but also available free with a $100 Stampin' Up! order during Sale-a-Bration. See them here. This option ends on Wednesday, August 30th. See all of the Sale-a-Bration options here.
The stamp set & dies are available in a bundle too.
I cased the card from Sue Mohr; I thought it was simply elegant way to create a 'wreath' around the oval sentiment.
The oval dies are from the Fabulous Frames dies seen here. When you cut out the oval it creates both the frame and the inside; two pieces with one die!
I textured the White layer with the Quatrefoil embossing folder seen here. It's so pretty and works perfectly with these flower & leaves die-cuts.
Free Sale-a-Bration choices with a pre-paid Paper Pumpkin subscription! Ends Wednesday!
Every month I share a bunch of alternative, bonus projects with my Paper Pumpkin subscribers and my Team. The kits are fine as is but it's fun to create something new from the stamps & elements in the kits!
Here's one I shared on last week's FB Live. I love the Sweet Sunflowers kit!
We always get a sneak peak of each month's kit so we have the opportunity to adjust our subscription. We can pause that month or choose to get more than one kit!
The monthly kits are available until the 10th of each month, so the decision to opt in for it or pause has to be made by then.
The Sweet Sunflowers kit included a bonus of 10 free gold foil honeycomb sheets this time. I used them as a stencil with Blending Brushes on the front and the inside of the card.
The card bases are patterned on both the front and the back! So I was able to get both of the cards below from one card. I cut it in half and die-cut the two layers with the Deckle dies.
I used Crushed Curry ink on the left card below and Balmy Blue on the right card. I cut one of the fold foil honeycomb sheets into quarters and used two of them on these cards, trimming them apart with a paper snips. I shared how I made these cards and two more in the video below. Or click here to watch it.
Below you can see how many free Sale-a-Bration items you can choose with a pre-paid Paper Pumpkin subscription. It really is the best time to get one! Why not earn free products with your purchase?!
I order a 6 month pre-paid subscription twice a year; once in the summer during SAB and once in January or February during SAB. I love this option to earn free products!
Did you know that when you are a Paper Pumpkin subscriber you can get refills from most of the monthly kits? The refills are usually around $11 and include everything in the original kit except the ink spot & stamp set. So once you have the full kit getting a refill means you can make more of the original projects or alternatives easily! See the optional refills here.
Unfortunately they do not expect to have refills for this kit; it was extremely popular! But if they do they'll be on the link above.
Each month the kits get better & more fun to create with! They knocked it out of the park with this one!
