You can see the Gears & Textures bundle here. It’s so special & unique and perfect for masculine cards. But as you can see in Candace’s card it’s great for gals too!
She made her own paper with the stamps in the set. She used Pretty in Pink, Night of Navy & Flirty Flamingo inks. She added die-cut gears from the Metallic Textured Specialty papers seen here.
If you want to make a card like this start out with a 4 1/4″ X 11″ piece of card stock scored at 5 1/2″. Trim off a 1 1/2″ piece from one end. Then trim off another 2 1/2″ piece which is the vertical center piece. The stamped paper layers are 1 1/4″ X 4″ on the top & bottom and the center is 2 1/4″ X 4″.
Get great ideas from our Team Christmas card swaps made with Online Exclusives
Today I'm sharing a few cards made by my Team for our October card swap. The theme was winter or Christmas. And both of these cards feature Online Exclusive products! If you haven't shopped these items yet you're missing a huge selection of products! Click here to see them all.
Paula's card is made with the Iconic Imagery bundle. I cannot believe the amount of die-cutting she did on her cards; she made 14 of these!
Her gingham designer paper is also on Online Exclusive. I honestly cannot believe we haven't fun out of stock on this one. It's called Season of Green & Gold specialty designer paper.See it here.
See that cute greeting & die-cut? They're both in the Iconic Imagery bundle.
Next is a beautiful sled card made by Deloris. Isn't this stunning? Did you notice she used the same gingham designer paper that Paula did above? It's the Green & Gold Specialty DSP.
She featured the Sophisticated Sled bundle seen here. You can find it in our Online Exclusives. It's a gorgeous set of stamps & dies. I especially love the sled made from wood DSP and gold foil. And those skates and laces are incredible!!
I love so many things about this card – the pretty dies and that fabulous Painted Trees 3D embossing folder too. I adhered the Season of Elegance DSP (seen here)to the Beige layer before I textured it. A neat trick to showcase them both.
Notice the 'Merry' die-cut layers. There isn't a coordinating larger die-cut for this so I cut this in half horizontally to add a nice gold layer above and below. *watch the video here or below to see how I did it.
It also shows off the pretty die-cuts once again. I really like the ribbon slots in three of the dies in the set. Here I used the gorgeous Cherry Cobbler/Gold satin ribbon seen here.
This Peaceful Season bundle is a big hit with many of my customers. It has beautiful die-cuts and the greetings are wonderful as well.
I'm sure the embossing folder caught your eye as well. It's the Forever Plaid 3D folder. It's one of our large folders so I could place the Beige CS on an angle.
I especially like this layout as it truly does not matter what size your DSP layers are. Simple offset them from each other to form an interesting mix.
**Did you know you can get the entire Season of Elegance Suite for just $99 (regular price $154.75)?! And shipping is free! Add it to your Starter kit here by October 31st. An incredible deal!
Below is the video for these two cards and another neat fun fold too. Don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel too.
This Season of Elegance fancy fold is extra special and has a gift card option
I shared this card on last week's FB Live video. It's also part of my October kit to go and PDF tutorial as well. It's unique and truly shows off our double sided designer paper!
Can you see how it opens? The left panel opens up to reveal another flap that also opens. This Cherry Cobbler layer is scored to allow a gift card to be inserted in the pocket. If you don't need one, just adhere it down or trim it off.
I have 5 of these pre-cut kits to go left that include 1/2 pkg of the Season of Elegance specialty paper plus shares of the Cherry Cobbler/Gold ribbon and Gold textured dots. The tutorial is included or you can purchase it separately. Click here to see the options.
I have two more projects to share with you tomorrow; all featuring this gorgeous suite. I'm also sending it to everyone that places an online order with me in October.
