That pretty white snowfall background is made with White Craft ink and the Falling Snow stamp seen here. It's currently out of stock but should return around November 18th.
Each month there's a new all inclusive kit but you need to subscribe or purchase a pre-paid subscription by the 10th to get that month's kit.
