Double Point cards with video

I chose to use the Flowers for Every Season designer paper and the Field of Flowers stamp set.  The dies are from the Hippo & Friends dies seen here.  I LOVE these label dies! 

Measurements:

Card base 4 1/4" X 5 1/2"

White inside 5 1/4" X 4"

DSP 3" X 4", scored at 1" on the long side

Label dies or punches to 'connect' the points

• Unique Silver & Gold Designer Paper technique ideas with video!

  I played with the Silver & Gold Designer Series Paper on this week's FB Live and this is one of my favorite projects:

  My goal was to share different ways to add color to this pretty metallic themed paper.  for this card I used our Water Brushes and our 2022-24 In Color ink.  I filled the water brush with water, using the largest brush, added a wash of four of the five colors.  

  This card layout is one referred to as the Stack & Cut technique.  You start out with at least 2 pieces of Designer Paper measuring 3 3/4" X 5" and cut using the template below.  It's so easy and is a fabulous way to showcase your designer paper.

• CUTE Butterfly Kisses Card Kit to go or Tutorial

  I chose to feature the Butterfly Kisses designer paper for one of my August card kits to go.  It's so colorful & bright!

  I created 2 each of 5 different cards; a few are special fun fold designs.  I find it quite enjoyable to create when I gather products that 'work' together so easily.  I let the colors in the DSP guide me and added Starry Sky ribbon & Fun Flowers resin shapes for accents.
