Cool Chevron fun fold with a free project sheet & video tutorial

I was inspired to make this fun chevron card fold when my friend Susie Wood shared hers with me.  It's a neat way to use your scraps of designer paper for a unique card front.  See hers here.  

I chose to use the Botanically Inked designer paper for my cards.

I've used the Inked & Tiled stamp set a lot; I love the images and the greetings fit in the Double Oval punch perfectly!

  • A neat Accordion Fun-Fold with the new Marbled Elegance – video too!

    I played with the Marbled Elegance suite on last week's video and created this card: 

    Marbled Elegance card Save

    The colors include Melon Mambo, Soft Sea Foam and Gold. I used lots of products from this new Suite including the Marbled Elegance DSP, the new Twisted Gold thread and the new Adhesive-backed heart sequins. I also used the Modern Herringbone embossing folder and the Sentimental Park dies for the greeting die-cut.

    The front and back of this card are panels measuring 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" but the inside is an accordion fold that is attached to the front and back. Such an easy fold to make and I like that it uses your cardstock efficiently.

  • Pretty Petals fun fold card with video & free project sheet
