I chose to feature the stunning Nature's Sweetness specialty paper for one of my April card kits to go. It's filled with pretty gold foil patterns and botanical prints. As usual the photo does not do them justice!

This card kit to go includes the following:

10 pre-cut cards – 2 each of 5 designs including a few fancy fold layouts
1/2 pkg of the Nature's Sweetness specialty designer paper (6" X 12")
a share of the faux leather trim
a share of neutral sequins
the PDF tutorial with photos, measurements, supplies & step by step directions

You'll receive the PDF tutorial immediately after payment; check your email. The pre-cut kit & products will be sent at the end of April.

*This kit does not include stamped images. You'll need assorted greeting images and a few inks to complete the cards.

You'll use a paper trimmer to cut your new designer paper using the measurements in the tutorial. Everything else is pre-cut for you.

I created a colorful group of cards for my new Team members last week. I had a bunch of random pieces in the pack of Designer Paper and I decided to challenge myself to use mostly extras & just create!

Field & Flower Mystery Card

I am holding a mystery card challenge with me Team. I send them a variety of pieces in a card base and challenge them to use them to create a card. They can cut up or punch, or add anything to create an original card.

This week I'm sharing a few projects with the pretty Field & Flower DSP (seen here) from the Sale-a-Bration catalog. It's currently free with any $50 order US.

Here is what I came up with for my Mystery card:

In their packet I added a White card base, a large piece of Flower & Field designer series paper, a strip of Bumblebee CS, punched Black & white pieces and some Bumblebee ribbon. I decided to add a few stitched flowers from the Pierced Bloom dies (seen here). Look at this amazing stitching!

The Black center is from the Perennial Petal dies (seen here) however. I love that cute die! The greeting is from the Happy Thoughts stamp set.

To create this angled piece I started with a 4" X 4 1/4" piece of designer paper and just cut it in half on the diagonal. It really doesn't matter what your angle is. Then I added a strip of Bumblebee CS underneath the diagonal cut. So easy!
