Fabulous Artistry Blooms; July’s card kit to go

I was torn on which Designer Paper to use for July's card kit to go so I asked my FB followers for their opinion.  Artistry Blooms won with the most votes. 

I totally enjoyed making these bright, unique cards with this striking designer paper!  It's just amazing!  Look!

I created 5 cards and made two of each for a total of 10 eye catching cards including two unique fun-fold designs. Here's how my kits to go work:

  • Opt in to get yours by July 20th here.
  • Choose to add on the optional stamp set (click here) that I used.
  • I will order the products, prep the kits and mail them out to you via Priority mail at the end of July.
  • You'll receive the pdf tutorial via email.

    I chose to use the Golden Honey Specialty Designer Paper for my color inspiration.  It's Black, White with Gold foil accents. Measurements and details are below.

    As you can see I made a few cards with just black, white and gold. Then I added color on the other with Melon Mambo & used just the black and white DSP.  You can add any of your favorite colors to this pretty paper; Black and White is just the beginning!

    Here are the measurements for the folio pouch and cards.

    • Folio is 8 1/2" X 11".  Score on the long side at 5 1/4" and 5 3/4". Score on the short side at 6 1/2".
    • DSP on the front is 4 1/2" X 5 3/4" and the white layer is 4 5/8" X 6" 
    • Cards measure 4 1/4" X 9"; scored at 5 1/2". DSP is 3 1/4" X 4" and 1 7/8" X 4".

  • Positive Thoughts; This or That?

    I made two versions of this card; one for a swap and another for a card class. Which do you prefer?

    I did have trouble getting a good photo of the actual colors on this one.  I added Petal Pink/Champagne ribbon and Champagne rhinestones to this one. I cannot resist adding these when I can.  They're beautiful!

  • Pleased as Punch Cards kit to go; bright and springy!

    For February I chose to feature the new Pleased as Punch designer paper for my cards kit to go.  It's bright and springy and coordinates with 4 of our newest punches!  The Tulip, Umbrella, Heart Punch pack and new Blossom punches are the four. 

     
    I absolutely love these cards! All of the 5 designs are unique fun fold cards which are always a delight to create and fun for the recipient.  Here's a photo of the Pleased as Punch designer paper; available now!  
    *You do not need to own the punches to complete these cards.  They are easy to fussy cut!

    I used the following inks: Gorgeous Grape, Balmy Blue and Calypso Coral.
