We were all amazed at Jacki's swap card; look at this!!

Our theme was to make a card without a greeting on it. What a huge 'WOW' card she made!

She used Night of Navy, Real Red, Silver foil (online exclusive) and some Countryside Inn DSP for the pockets and inside trim.

Her card base is 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" tall. It's scored 2 1/8" from each edge. She used circle dies to cut the arm holes and scored the collar to fold it back. She also trimmed the bottom at angles and sponged the edges with Navy ink to give it depth.

I'm not sure how she cut the pockets. But I know I would create one I'm happy with and then use it as a template to cut the rest. She made over 10 of these; it took her many evenings to make them all. Those of us lucky enough to get one sure appreciate it!!

Power of Hope meets Peacock Foil

For our February Flowerbug's Team swap we chose to do a swap featuring Sale-a-Bration cards. They are all fantastic! Over the top wonderful. I cannot wait to share them all with you.

Here's the one I made using the Power of Hope bundle seen here. It's one of the free items you receive with purchase during our Sale-a-Bration promotion from now through March 31st; or while supplies last. I do suspect this will sell out before March is over.

I textured the Noble Peacock Foil (seen here) with the Stone embossing folder from this bundle. Adding texture to this pretty foil brings it over the top! I also added a layer of vellum and a few flags of Peacock foil. It comes in 6 single-sided sheets of 12 X 12" foil paper. 2 each of 3 colors: Blueberry Bushel, Old Olive, Pretty Peacock. There are Noble Peacock rhinestones that match this paper perfectly.

Seriously the Best Cards with Golden Honey Folio gift pouch & video

I chose to use the Golden Honey Specialty Designer Paper for my color inspiration. It's Black, White with Gold foil accents. Measurements and details are below.

As you can see I made a few cards with just black, white and gold. Then I added color on the other with Melon Mambo & used just the black and white DSP. You can add any of your favorite colors to this pretty paper; Black and White is just the beginning!

Here are the measurements for the folio pouch and cards.
- Folio is 8 1/2" X 11". Score on the long side at 5 1/4" and 5 3/4". Score on the short side at 6 1/2".
- DSP on the front is 4 1/2" X 5 3/4" and the white layer is 4 5/8" X 6"
- Cards measure 4 1/4" X 9"; scored at 5 1/2". DSP is 3 1/4" X 4" and 1 7/8" X 4".

I did have trouble getting a good photo of the actual colors on this one. I added Petal Pink/Champagne ribbon and Champagne rhinestones to this one. I cannot resist adding these when I can. They're beautiful!
