All Aflutter envelope-flap style card with free project sheet & video

This neat fun fold card was created for my June card clubs. I call it an envelope flap closure.

My colors include Darling Duckling, Blueberry Bushel with White. Wonderfully bright for summer! I used quite a few products here so I’ll list them for you.

All Aflutter stamp and dies bundle seen here
Darling Duckling 12 X 12″ Two-toned card stock
Irresistible specialty designer paper seen here
Lazy Daisy & Floral Spray 3D embossing folders
1 3/4″ and 2″ circle punches
Blending Brushes
a sanding block

The Irresistible designer paper is cut into a 3 3/4″ square and scored in the center diagonally. It’s adhered to the back of the Blueberry Bushel card base before that is adhered to the larger Darling Duckling CS.

There are three patterns in this specialty Irresistible designer paper you can see here. When you add ink to this specialty paper it reveals the white shiny pattern.

And here’s the other version. Note both the blue Irresistible patterns and the embossing folders.

After we textured the 2-toned Darling Duckling card stock we sanded it with a sanding block (from my husband’s shop) to reveal more of the White core.

Sending Flowers Die creates a beautiful circle of flowers!

We made this pretty card at my Flowerbug's Team meeting last month. It features the new Sending You Flowers die that's available in the Coordination Product Release. You can see all 5 new items here:

This unique die cuts out the center of your paper; not the outside. It gives you a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a frame. That cute greeting banner is also part of the die set.

Details:
- The greeting is from the Timeless Tulips stamp set and is heat embossed in White embossing powder on Calypso Coral CS.
- The ribbon is the 1/4" White crinkled ribbon colored with the Dark Pool Party Blends marker.
- The flowers and stems are colored with Blends markers; they color so easily!
- That pretty designer paper behind the window is the Follow Your Art paper in the annual catalog on page 165.

Under My Umbrella Bridge fold card with video

This card was a big hit at my Card Clubs in February. It's a bridge fold card featuring the Under My Umbrella bundle. See it here.

To create this card you'll cut your base card short and add another short piece at the bottom. The Daffodil and Balmy Blue layers 'bridge' the base layers. Really cool. And I was able to die-cut the Balmy Blue scalloped rectangle from the leftover piece from the middle. I love using my card stock so perfectly. *See measurements below.

The Under My Umbrella stamps and punch bundle is just $30.50 for both! It has so MANY cute images and wonderful greetings. I just love it! We stamped the images in Basic Gray ink and colored them in with Blends markers

Thoughtful Blooms with the Small Bloom punch

Jacki made this beautiful card. I love the many layers and details here. And the colors are fresh and unique – Soft Suede, Mint Macaron, Bermuda Bay and White. She used the new Label Me Fancy punch, the Starburst punch, Leaf punch and the Painted Label dies for the swirl. The greeting is from the Peaceful Moments set. That gorgeous texture is from the Parisian Flourish embossing folder seen here.

Her colors are Gorgeous Grape, Balmy Blue and Granny Apple Green. Isn't this layout fun?! the technique is called Triple Stamping. You place your White layers in position as shown without the Grape layers in between and stamp on the three pieces all at once. Then add the Grape layers and adhere to your main card. Super easy and fun too.

She added a pretty greeting in Purple Posy with the Stitched So Sweetly dies (my favorite!) and the punched flowers from the Small Bloom punch.

- Grape – 5 1/2" X 8 1/2", 4 1/4" X 3 1/4" and 3 1/4" X 2 1/4"
