3 great ideas with the Peaceful Prints Designer Paper

Our August Team swap featured all Sale-a-Bration products.  I sure love sharing what my Flowerbug's made!  These three cards all feature this fabulous designer paper. 

Candy made this first card with the Peaceful Deer bundle. It coordinates with this free designer paper too!

She did stamp the image in the set using Red ink and punched it out. Then she added the Soft Suede antlers and a Red rhinestone. 

Lots of details on this card:

  • Stitched Whimsy dies
  • Stitched Rectangle dies
  • Merry Melody 3D embossing folder
  • Colors are Real Red, Crumb Cake & Garden Green with White 

Marilyn made this next card with one of my latest fun folds shared on FB Live.  It's called a Faux Pocket card. You can see the video for this fold here. 

Aug Candy Peaceful Prints Save

She used the Layering Circle dies and the Stitched Rectangle dies for her main pieces.  The deer on the circle is cut from the actual designer paper. The greeting is from the Time of Giving stamp set and is heat embossed with White embossing powder on Black CS. 

This card fold might look complicated but it sure isn't!  Again, click here to see the video.

Her greeting is from the Peaceful Cabin stamp set.  It's on an Everyday Label punch.  She punched a second piece in Black and cut it in half vertically to layer on the White one. Simple & beautiful!

    • Black – card base 4 1/4" X 11" scored at 5 1/2", Black scalloped circle 2 3/4", plus a 2" X 4 1/2" strip, scored every inch for the flip box & a 3/4" X 2" strip for the flip part
    • White inside 4" X 5 1/4", White circle 2 1/3"
      Heartwarming Hugs DSP 1 1/2" X 4"
      Red circle 2 7/8"

  • Eden’s Garden card in fresh colors

    The Eden's Garden collection is featured in greens, gold & white.  See it here.

    Well I thought I'd play with purple, green & white for this pretty card.

    I stamped the images in Old Olive & Gorgeous Grape along one side of the card. Then I textured it with the Timeless Type 3D embossing folder.  Lastly I added a greeting on a Picture This die-cut. 

    Measurements: 

    • card base 5 1/2" X 8 1/2"
    • White 3 3/4" X 5"
    • Old Olive 4" X 5 1/4"

    I love seeing what my Flowerbugs make for our monthly Team swaps.  Swaps are optional and fun for those who choose to join in.

    Today I'm sharing two cards; one birthday and one Christmas.

    First is Tammi's card made with the Biggest Wish stamp set & the Pattern Party designer paper.  If you're wondering where this paper is from it's a Hostess choice.  You can get it as part of your free products with an order over $150.  That's when hostess benefits kick in.

    She added a wrap of the Black glittered ribbon around her 4"X 5 1/4" card front which brings in the Black stamped images to coordinate.  Here DSP is 4" X 3".  

    Next up is Candy's pretty wreath card.  

    She used the Forever Fern stamp set to create a wreath stamping around a masked off circle in the center.  What a great way to use a stamp set that isn't even Christmas!
