Unique Triangle Gate-fold card with video

Check out this fabulous fun fold card that shows off both sides of your Designer Paper!

I had a request to do a video for it so I featured it in this week's Stamp with Me Live on Monday night. If you aren't following me on FB here's the link to my page. 

Here is the card made with the Peaceful Prints DSP in the Sale-a-Bration catalog seen here.  Right now it's FREE with a $50 order during Stampin' Up!'s Sale-a-Bration promotion. It coordinates with the Peaceful Deer bundle.  I punched the deer on the front panel right from this paper!

The card on the above right is made with the Peaceful Prints specialty DSP.  I added a few wreaths cut from the Seasonal Swirl dies – one in Black and one in Silver.  

Watch the video below to see how it's made.  It's actually quite easy and really does showcase both sides of your 2-sided Designer Paper!

  • Pretty Marvelous Nature card with video tutorial & measurements

    I've seen a few projects with the Marvelous Nature set and was intrigued by it's reverse images. And it's nature so I ordered it.  This card was one of two I made on this week's Live video:

    I chose to use Lost Lagoon with Pretty Peacock. I also added some of the Hello, Irresistible designer paper. This pretty DSP is on sale right now too!  See it here.  

    You may also spy the shimmery strip beside the greeting.  This is our Soft Shimmer 12" X 12" paper pack seen here.  It has 5 rich colors in it.

  • Colorful Inked Botanicals card kit or PDF tutorial option; available now

    The Inked Botanicals designer paper is a favorite of my customers so I chose it as one of my June card kits.  The color combinations and botanical prints are pretty and quite colorful too. 

    Here are the cards I came up with: 

    Inked Botanicals all Save

    This 10 card kit features the Inked Botanicals 6 X 6" designer paper by Stampin' Up!  There are 5 designs and you'll make 2 of each.

    Each month I offer at least two kits to go.  The other June kit features the Bright & Beautiful DSP seen here. Each one is available as a pre-cut kit (a convenience for those who don't like to measure or cut pieces) or as a PDF tutorial.  See all of my kits & tutorials here.  

    You'll receive the following in this pre-cut kit:

    • 1/2 pkg. 6 X 6" Inked Botanicals DSP
    • a share of Lost Lagoon 1/4" ribbon
    • a share of Brass Butterflies gems

  • Gorgeously Made & Delightfully Eclectic swaps

    I thought I'd share a few swaps I received on the Norway incentive trip. 

    This first card was made by Alanna Wharf. It features the Gorgeously Made bundle seen here.

    This card put me over the edge; now I have to get this bundle!  

    She used the Masterfully Made 12" designer paper seen here (sale price now at $10.62) and the Soft Shimmer 12" combo pack on the leaf die-cut.

    Here's a close-up of this specialty paper and the Exposed Brick 3D embossing folder.  I love the simplicity of this card; it really shows off the die-cut, pretty DSP & texture.
