Unique Triangle Gate-fold card with video

Check out this fabulous fun fold card that shows off both sides of your Designer Paper!

I had a request to do a video for it so I featured it in this week's Stamp with Me Live on Monday night. If you aren't following me on FB here's the link to my page. 

Here is the card made with the Peaceful Prints DSP in the Sale-a-Bration catalog seen here.  Right now it's FREE with a $50 order during Stampin' Up!'s Sale-a-Bration promotion. It coordinates with the Peaceful Deer bundle.  I punched the deer on the front panel right from this paper!

The card on the above right is made with the Peaceful Prints specialty DSP.  I added a few wreaths cut from the Seasonal Swirl dies – one in Black and one in Silver.  

Watch the video below to see how it's made.  It's actually quite easy and really does showcase both sides of your 2-sided Designer Paper!

  • NEW project ideas & video with our fabulous 2021-23 In Colors!!!

    I created three pretty cards with our new 2021-23 In Colors for yesterday's FB Live. I used three new stamp sets from the 2021 Annual Catalog. Everyone can order from it next week Tuesday, May 4th!  

    I cannot say it enough; I LOVE OUR NEW IN COLORS!!  They're all gorgeous, unique and will fit in with our current colors beautifully!

    Here is one of the cards I made on my Live video yesterday. 

    My Meadow In Colors Save

    This card features a few new products:

    • The stamp set is called Quite Meadow
    • Dies are Scalloped Contour for both the Scalloped rectangle & scalloped strips
    • Ink and card stock – Fresh Freesia, Soft Succulent, Pale Papaya, Evening Evergreen and Polished Pink

    Here's another fun card I made with these gorgeous In Colors featuring a sponging technique:

    I used the Color & Contour stamp set and all 5 In Colors as well.  I used sticky post-it notes to mask off areas as I sponged and stamped each area.  Watch the video below to catch the tips on this technique.

  • Team Swap cards featuring sponging techniques!

    Our latest Flowerbug Team swap featured sponging techniques and they knocked it out of the park!  Look at these: 

    The first card was made by Deloris. She used the Celebrate Sunflowers bundle.  These items are carrying over to the next catalog but they will no longer be a bundle at 10% off.  You can see it here.

    Her colors are Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight and White. I absolutely LOVE the unique colors she used here and isn't her sponging amazing!?  That stitched rectangle of vellum adds the perfect, soft background for the beautiful flower.  

    Next is a fabulous card made by Candace using A Good Man stamp set.  

    Her colors are Crumb Cake, Night of Navy & Pool Party.  

    April Deloris Celebrate Sunflowers Save

    She sponged the edges of her stamped pieces and rubbed the Crumb Cake ink pad directly on the Painted Textures embossing folder before running it through the Cut & Emboss Machine.  *See that folder here. 

    That stitched tag is one of our new dies coming in the 2021 Annual Catalog.  It's called 'Tailor Made Tags'. the greeting is from the Inspired Thoughts stamp set; also new! She colored the image in with Blends markers.
