A special Trusty Tools Double-box fun fold card – free project sheet & video tutorial

We made this fabulous men's fun-fold card at my January Card Clubs; I also shared it on last week's Live video too.

It features Gray Granite, Crushed Curry, Poppy Parade & White plus a bit of our Holographic specialty paper for the wrench die-cut.  

This double box fun fold card can be positioned two ways – horizontal like this or vertical where the left box is the bottom. 

A few details:

  • All 3 die-cuts on the front are from the Trusty Tools bundle & die set.
  • The neat textured Gray Granite layer is Metal Place 3D embossing folder. 
  • The tool designer paper is the Trusty Toolbox 12" DSP – seen here.  It's free during Sale-a-Bration with any $50 purchase.  I'm actually surprised they haven't run out of it yet!!

  • Three fast & easy Free as a Bird cards

    We made these three cards on Zoom and Facebook Live last night.  Each Thursday evening at 8 pm CT I hold a Stamp with Me session.  In 30 minutes we've all made 3 pretty cards together! 

    April 25th cards Save

    I post the measurements ahead of time so they can prep and be ready.  They can substitute any of the card stock, stamps etc to create their version of my card designs.  It's so fun to see what everyone makes!

    The pretty Bird Ballad designer paper is retiring and is discounted. See it here. 

    Supplies:
    Free as a Bird stamp set
    Black, Daffodil & Pool Party inks
    Blends markers – Pool Party, Light Old Olive, Light Calypso Coral, Sponges, pearls

    Measurements:
    Pool Party card – 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" score at 1 1/2" & 4 1/4"
    DSP – left is 2 1/2" X 5 1/4", inside right is 1 1/2" X 5 1/4", White is 2 3/8" X 5 1/4"
    Black is 2 5/8" square. The White is 2 1/2" square
    *I used the Small Bloom punch for the stamped flowers

    April 25th Save

    Petal Pink card 5 1/2" X 8 1/2"
    DSP is 2 1/2 X 5 1/2", Black is 2 3/4" X 5 1/2"
    White strip 3/4" X 4", Magnolia Memories dies for flower
