Three fast & easy Free as a Bird cards

We made these three cards on Zoom and Facebook Live last night.  Each Thursday evening at 8 pm CT I hold a Stamp with Me session.  In 30 minutes we've all made 3 pretty cards together! 

April 25th cards Save

I post the measurements ahead of time so they can prep and be ready.  They can substitute any of the card stock, stamps etc to create their version of my card designs.  It's so fun to see what everyone makes!

Supplies:
Free as a Bird stamp set
Black, Daffodil & Pool Party inks
Blends markers – Pool Party, Light Old Olive, Light Calypso Coral, Sponges, pearls

Measurements:
Pool Party card – 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" score at 1 1/2" & 4 1/4"
DSP – left is 2 1/2" X 5 1/4", inside right is 1 1/2" X 5 1/4", White is 2 3/8" X 5 1/4"
Black is 2 5/8" square. The White is 2 1/2" square
*I used the Small Bloom punch for the stamped flowers

April 25th Save

Petal Pink card 5 1/2" X 8 1/2"
DSP is 2 1/2 X 5 1/2", Black is 2 3/4" X 5 1/2"
White strip 3/4" X 4", Magnolia Memories dies for flower

April 23 Free as a Bird Save

So Saffron card 5 1/2" X 8 1/2"
DSP – one piece at 3 3/4" X 4" cut into 1 1/4" strips
Black 4" X 4 1/8"
Black Stitched so Sweetly die-cut, White Label me Fancy punch, Olive ribbon

  • Feels Like Frost Fun Fold card

    Check out this beautiful fun fold card made by Annette for our Team swap in September!  Our theme was fun fold cards featuring products in the 2020 Holiday catalog.

    She featured the Feels Like Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Life is Beautiful stamp set.  This design is perfect for designer paper with a scene or large pattern.

    I like the tag with the pretty Metallic Mesh ribbon.  That ribbon is so soft and it's in 1 1/2" wide but can easily be cut in sections without fraying!

    Measurements:

    • Navy card – 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" scored at 1 1/2" & 4 1/4", tag is 1 1/4" X 3 3/4" 
    • Designer paper from left to right – 5 1/4" X 2 3/4", 5 1/4" X 1 1/8" and lastly on the right is 5 1/4" X 2"
    • Whisper White 5 1/5" X 1 3/4", tag is 1" X 3"

  • Christmas Cards kit to go; all Fun-fold cards! Opt in by the 20th!

    Yesterday I shared the Plaid Tidings cards kit and today I'm sharing my 2nd cards kit to go (I cannot seem to do just one; there's too many fabulous products!).

    I chose to feature the Heartwarming Hugs designer series paper seen below.  It includes a variety of tiny patterns of plaid, stripes, dots, and more in traditional Red's and Green's. I especially like the gingham and stripes.  Oh and the polka dots too!
