Summer Shadow dies & Shaded Summer; a beautiful pairing!

I'm sharing our Flowerbug Team swaps featuring Sale-a-Bration choices. This amazing card was  created by Paula. 

She used the Summer Shadow dies seen here along with the Shaded Summer stamp set. This stamp set is in the Annual Catalog on page 75 and the dies are a free choice during SAB/Sale-a-Bration. However remember that these dies are expected to sell out before the end of September when SAB ends.  See them here.

This is also a fun fold card.  Her Black card is 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" and is scored at 2 1/8" X 4 1/4".  The front left panel is folded back.

Look at the many layers of die-cuts she added here!  Lots of Vellum along with Polished Pink ink and Just Jade & Soft Succulent card stock & inks. Placing the die-cuts on Black really brings out the color & details.

The designer paper on the left panel is from the Pattern Party 12 X 12 Host paper.  It's one of the choices you get free with an order over $150; host rewards kick in at this level.  See it here or on page 171 in the Annual catalog.

  • More swaps from my talented Demo friends

    I have a few more swaps to share with you today.  These are all from our newest Online Exclusive products. 

    First up is a pretty floral card from Susan Campfield. She used the Happy Hibiscus bundle.

    This bundle includes a Hybrid embossing folder that includes dies that coordinate with the folder!  It's so cool. You can see it here in my store. 

    In the photo below you can see the die-cut images that are textured. This is done when the die is inserted into the embossing folder with the card stock.  Yes; it is incredible! 

    HAPPY HIBISCUS BUNDLE (ENGLISH) Save

    The next few cards feature the Marbled Elegance suite: 

    This first pretty card is made by Natalie Travis who made the focus of her card that gorgeous golden stitched heart.

    That pretty heart is die-cut with the Hearts of Elegance dies from our new Brushed Metallic paper in both Gold & Silver. See that here. 

    Her measurements are simple – the DSP is 4" X 3", a strip of Cherry Cobbler is 4 1/4" X 5/8" on a Pretty in Pink card base. 

    Next is a gorgeous card made by Sandy Carlson:

    Her colors are Melon Mambo with White and the same beautiful Marbled Elegance specialty DSP. She also used the new Hearts of Elegance bundle seen here.

  • Check out these swap cards from the Otterly Amazing Suite!

     

    Otterly Amazing Julie Save

    Two punched circles and a 3 1/2" square of DSP show off the elements in this Otter suite. The colors include Balmy blue, Calypso Coral, Old Olive and Early Espresso.

    This second swap with the Otterly Amazing suite is made by Tracy Jacobs.

    She created a fun fold by cutting up to the 5 1/2" score line at 1". That layer is adhered to the back of the card base so only the left card front opens. Simple but 'amazing' too!  It really shows off the playful scenes in the Otterly Adorable DSP.  See the DSP here.

  • New! Perfect Pairs stamp set

    I joined an online swap with my Demonstrator friends and knew you'd like to see them. They feature our newest Online Exclusive products. 

    Did you know they are releasing new products online every 2 months?!!

    First up I'm sharing cards from the Perfect Pairs stamp set. This one was made by my sweet & fun friend Selene Kempton:

    What a cute layout! She used Crumb Cake with Petal Pink and Early Espresso. The White square is 2 1/2" and the other two are 2 3/4". Sweet & simple! The embossing folder is Dashing Designs from the Annual Catalog.
