Striking Botanical Textures card kit or tutorial; Black & White with pops of color!

Many of us love Black & White designer series paper and the new Botanical Textures DSP fills that need. I love adding pops of color to the Black & White colors! Here is another new card kit option for March:

Many of the cards are fun fold layouts. Reserve your pre-cut card kit or choose the PDF tutorial option.

This kit includes the following:

10 pre-cut cards with die-cuts and punched pieces
1/2 pkg. Botanical Textures Designer Series Paper (6" X 12)
a share of 1/4" White ribbon
a share of new Neutral Matte dots
the PDF tutorial with measurements, step by step directions, photos and a supply list

The PDF tutorial will be sent to you via email immediately after payment; please check your junk mail. The pre-cut kit and product will be mailed out at the end of March, barring any product supply issues.

You'll need adhesives, a paper trimmer to cut your new DSP, greeting images, adhesives & Black ink. I used the So Sincere stamp set for my greetings; but you can substitute others easily.

This pre-cut kit costs $31 plus shipping and is found here.

The PDF tutorial includes step by step instructions, photos, a supply list and measurements. This tutorial is $16 and can be seen here.

More Team Swaps include multiple ‘WOW’ cards!

Every month our Flowerbug's Team has an optional card swap and I always think it's the best group of cards ever. Then another month comes and they get even better! How is it possible?!

This first card today features the Brightest Beauty bundle seen here. It's in our Holiday catalog and has been on my wish list for awhile. I think she pushed me over the edge with her card!

Her colors include Old Olive & Crushed Curry with White. I LOVE the frame she made with the Fabulous Frames dies! The rest of the dies are from the Brightest Beauty bundle. That stamped background behind the frame and the main image are wonderful together. The plain white behind the pretty flower & leaves really show the stamped image off. And that greeting die!

Next is an amazing card made by Candace. She is the expert at sponging backgrounds. Always so smooth and blended.

Who would think of adding a Hippo to Snowflakes?!! But it works perfectly.

Details:
- Colors include Gorgeous Grape, White, Highland Heather & Pacific Point
- The Hippo is from the Hippest Hippos stamp set & dies from our Sale-a-Bration promotion.
- The snowflake frame is from the Snowman dies & the Red & White glimmer paper
- The embossing folder is from the Wintry duo in the Annual catalog
- She achieved her beautiful background by using Blending Brushes.
- The pretty 'iridescent' snowflake is from our Wonderful Snowflakes seen here
- She printed the greetings on White card stock using her printer!

Next is a simple yet beautiful card made by Annette. She let the Twigs & Sprigs embossing folder take the prime spot on her card. This folder comes in a bundle with dies seen here.

Her colors are Old Olive with Very Vanilla. The greeting is from the Color & Contour bundle. The offset circles add a playful touch.

Look at these awesome Sale-a-Bration Team Swaps

This weekend we held our Team meeting & swap and I can't wait to share them all with you!

First up is Mary's card featuring the Rings of Love designer series paper. She created a double Z fun fold card!

Her colors include Night of Navy & Mint Macaron. She used the Charming Sentiments bundle for her greeting and popped it up onto a Mint Oval punched piece.

- Night of Navy 4 1/4" X 11" scored at 2 3/4" & 5 1/2"
- Mint Macaron 9 3/4" X 3 1/4" scored at 4 1/4" & 7 1/4"
- DSP is 4" X 3"
- White is 2 1/4" X 3"
Next is a sweet card made by Karen; it's a perfect layout for quick cards that highlight your designer paper! She also used the Rings of Love designer paper; it's free in August with a $50 order. See it here.

Her colors are also Night of Navy with Mint Macaron. She colored her White seam binding ribbon Navy with a Blends marker.

- Mint greeting strip 3 1/4" X 3/4"
Next is a pretty card made by Laura. She featured the Wonderful You Designer Paper which is part of the Wonderful You stamp set & designer paper bundle seen here. They're both free with a $100 Stampin' Up! order in August.

She used the Stylish Shapes stitched square dies to cut the flowers out of the designer paper. No stamping needed!

The Fern 3D embossing folder is so pretty with these delicate flowers.

Rings of Love Triple Panel card with video & measurements

Here's one more card I made during last week's FB Live with the free Rings of Love designer paper in our Sale-a-Bration offering.

I cut a 3 1/4" X 3" piece of the designer paper and then cut it into three 1" strips. I then layered it onto three strips of Evening Evergreen CS.

I textured the Crumb Cake layer with the Timber embossing folder – it's also a new Free Sale-a-Bration choice in August; with any $50 Stampin' Up! order.

I love how the three panels create a 'scene', making the DSP the star of the card. See the Rings of Love DSP here.

- Poppy Parade 5 ½”X 8 ½”
- White is 5 ¼” X 4”, Crumb Cake 5” X 3 ¾”
- Evergreen is 5 1/8” X 3 7/8”, DSP is 1” X 3 ¼”
- Evergreen strips are 1 1/8” X 3 3/8”
