Simple & fun card sketch with Honeybee Home

Do you ever use card sketches to get inspired?  I love them!  I find most of them on Pinterest. 

We use card sketches & color combos on my Flowerbug's Team group for challenges & inspiration.  It's so fun to see the different projects everyone comes up with. This is the sketch we're using now:

I used it as inspiration to create this card with the Honeybee Home bundle and the Simply Marbelous designer series paper.

It's such an easy sketch to use.  Some are using card stock, others designer paper and one used ribbon!  

My card is Basic Bray with Bumblebee accents.  Gray & yellow are beautiful together.  In fact one of my bathrooms has these colors!

  • Brushed with Beauty card kit to go or PDF tutorial available now

    I chose two of our newest online suites for my December card kits & tutorials. Today I’m sharing the Brushed with Beauty cards. Such soft & soothing color combinations in this DSP.

    Aren’t they pretty? I love this pretty designer series paper and enjoyed creating these cards. Each is a unique layout and three of the 5 layouts are fun folds.
    *You’ll need adhesives, greeting images, ink and a paper trimmer to cut your new DSP.

    The font on this Merry Christmas stamp sold me on it. Just a little bit of the fun, curviness I love.

    This Merry Christmas stamp is a true classic with a bit of that Victorian feel to it. I don’t often keep retired stamps but I will keep this one! It’s on sale now too; while supplies last. Click here to see it.
