Right Behind You; so cute!

I chose the Right Behind You stamp set for my Flowerbug's Team swap this month.  Here's my card:

Right Behind You Save

This set is adorable!  And it has such fun greetings to go with the tandem bicycle as well. Click here to see it. 

RIGHT BEHIND YOU CLING STAMP SET Save

Details:

  • I used the 'ground' image to create grass by stamping it numerous times.
  • I used the Basic Border dies seen here to sponge the clouds.  Get my tips on this in the video below or click here. 
  • I used a mask to add the puppy in the basket. 
  • The greeting die-cut is from the Messages die. 
  • I used Stampin' Blends to color in the images.
  • I added a Metallic pearl to the spokes in the bicycle. 
  • The sun is simply sponged in the corner with Daffodil Delight ink. 

Right Behind You Save

As you can see it's an easy fun fold card.  Simply add one extra score line to your normal A2 card.  Score the 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" Crushed Curry card at 2 1/8" and 4 1/4".  The Basic Gray is 3 7/8" X 5 1/8" and the White is 3 3/4" X 5".

I added grass and flowers to the inside to pull it all together.

  • Brilliant Accordion Fun Fold card; it’s a big WOW!

    If you ever want to impress someone with an extra special hand made card, try one of these Accordion cards.  They are so easy to make it looks fancy and a bit tricky. 

    Daffodil Afternoon Accordion cards Save

    I used the Daffodil Afternoon designer paper from our current Sale-a-Bration promotion. You can see it here and get it free with any $50 Stampin' Up! order.

    Daffodil Afternoon Accordion cards Save

    Details:

    • The colors are Crushed Curry & Mossy Meadow with a bit of Flirty Flamingo.
    • Beautiful Layer dies – greeting die-cut shapes 
    • Medium Daisy punch – flowers (sponged color on the edges)
    • Daffodil dies – stems & daisy centers 
    • Bough punch – leaves

     The fold is actually quite simple for the inside of this card.  I hope you watch the video below to see how it's done.  

    Accordion card measurements: 

    • Card base 5 ½” X 8 ½”
    • DSP 5 ¼” X 10” scored at 2”, 3”, 4”, 5”, 6”, 7” & 8”
    • Vanilla 3 ½” X 4 ¾” for front & 1 ¾” X 4 ¾” inside
    • Front DSP 1 ½” X 3 ½”, Mossy CS 3 ¾” X 5”

  • How to make an Easy Fun Fold Window card with the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Paper

    This is one of the card folds I demonstrated on last week's FB Live where I featured the Daffodil Daydream bundle along with the coordinating Daffodil Afternoon DSP.

    I love how our products coordinate so wonderfully.  This Daffodil Afternoon DSP is part of our Sale-a-Bration promotion.  It's free with any $50 Stampin' Up! order.  This promotion ends on February 28th. See all of the free products here.  

    For the greetings I used the Special Moments stamp set; also in our 2022 Sale-a-Bration catalog.  It's a big set of 21 images and it's free with a $100 order through February.  

    The cards look like a simple window card from the front; before you open it.  I used the Layering Circles dies, cutting through both the DSP and card base for the window.  

    Daffodil Afternoon Circle fun fold both Save

    The front of these cards both use the same Designer Paper; you can get a totally different look depending on which sheet you choose. The cute layered butterflies are from the Daffodil dies. 

    This is how the card looks when you open it.  It's a simple double fold that the circles are easily added to.  Just close the card and add them 'through' the window onto the inside layer.

  • Flowing Flowers; a beautiful OSW set of cards. Pre-cut Kit or Tutorial options

    Today is the last day to opt in to get this card kit to go.

    These pretty cards are made with my Easy 8 Card Wonder template & tutorial.  It's super quick & easy to make 8 fabulous cards.
