Ready to Ride card kit to go; it’s for both guys & gals!

I chose the Ready to Ride specialty designer paper for one of my April card kits to go; it has wonderful black foil designs on one side and fun prints on the other.  It even has a few flowers for the gals; it's not all about men here! 

These cards include multiple fun folds as I like to do; they add a fun element for both the creator and the recipient.   

Ready to Ride Save

There 2 each of 5 designs in this card kit.  There's a pre-cut kit to go option AND a PDF tutorial only option in my store here.  

The pre-cut kit to go includes 1/2 pkg. of the Ready to Ride specialty DSP (6" X 12"), a share of both Classic Matte dots and Baker's Twine Essentials pack.  The pre-cut card pieces, die-cuts and punched pieces are all included. 

Supplies needed:

  • Black ink & adhesives
  • a paper trimmer to cut your new DSP (using the measurements in the tutorial).
  • Greeting images – I used the Legendary Ride and Celebrating You stamp sets, but you can substitute any greeting images you already own.

The PDF tutorial is added on free and includes step by step directions, photos, measurements and a supply list.  It's $20 in product for just $28!  The tutorial is sent to you via email immediately after payment from my Shop here.  

The other option is my PDF tutorial seen here.  It's $15 and it's emailed to you immediately after payment.  

The neat thing about my kits and tutorials are that you get great ideas for creating; whether it's with this theme or others.

  • Third card from the Boho Indigo Product Medley

    This is the last card in the trio we made with the Boho Indigo Product Medley.  

    Boho Indigo Stitched Labels Save

    Almost everything is from the Product Medley except the punched flowers (Confetti Flowers Border punch) and Stitched Nested Labels. 

    The vase is stamped in Misty Moonlight and die-cut with the Boho dies in the Medley. The leaves are stamped in Pear Pizzazz. 

    The little flowers are punched from a piece of Designer Paper in the medley and the centers are added with a Chalk Marker. They're curled up a bit with a stylus.

    Measurements:

    • Misty Moonlight card base 5 1/2" X 8 1/2"
    • Designer Paper 2" X 4 1/4"
    • Pear Pizzazz strip 1/2" X 4 1/4"
    • White & Navy CS for Stitched Nested Labels

  • Happy 4th of July! Life is Beautiful MDA stamp set!

    Happy 4th of July everyone! 

    Today's card is made with my new stamp set called 'Life is Beautiful'!  Stampin' Up! lets us assist in creating our own stamp set as part of our Million Dollar Achievement!  So fun!

    The colors are Real Red, Pacific Point and Crumb Cake.  I added a few Red and clear rhinestones on the sparkles/snowflakes. 

    I received the stamp set and card a few weeks ago and have a few projects ready to share with you soon!

  • Another Boho Medley card

    Here's another pretty card featuring the Boho Indigo Product Medley on page 9 of the annual catalog. See it here online.

    Details:

    1. I stamped the greeting from the medley onto a scalloped rectangle from the Stitched So Sweetly dies. Then I added a few die-cuts from the Medley in Misty Moonlight & Granny Apple Green.  
    2. I colored the rhinestones with a Light Navy blends marker.  The designer paper strips are 3" wide by 4 1/2" long and punched with the Banner Triple punch. 
    3. The Misty Moonlight layer is 3 3/4" X 5" in size. I added a 3/4" X 4 1/4" Granny Apple Green strip of CS across the back.
