Details:

  • I also used a new and FREE Designer Paper called Paper Blooms here.  The colors are Seaside Spray with Navy & White.  I use this pretty color combo often. 
  • Can you tell it's a fun fold?  The Seaside Spray is 3" X 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4".  I added texture with the Meadow Moments embossing folder.  The Navy layer is a quarter sheet 5 1/2" X 4 1/4". 
  • I punched a white Small Bloom punch and added a pearl to the center.  It's sponged for a bit of color.  
  • The main image is stamped and punched out with the Rectangular Postage Punch.

    I love the fact that you don't need much to finish these cards; they're quick yet gorgeous! I used the Inspiring Iris stamp set and a simple layout on each.  I wanted the pretty details of the laser cut cards to show through.

  • Three fast & easy Free as a Bird cards

    We made these three cards on Zoom and Facebook Live last night.  Each Thursday evening at 8 pm CT I hold a Stamp with Me session.  In 30 minutes we've all made 3 pretty cards together! 

    April 25th cards Save

    I post the measurements ahead of time so they can prep and be ready.  They can substitute any of the card stock, stamps etc to create their version of my card designs.  It's so fun to see what everyone makes!

    Supplies:
    Free as a Bird stamp set
    Black, Daffodil & Pool Party inks
    Blends markers – Pool Party, Light Old Olive, Light Calypso Coral, Sponges, pearls

    Measurements:
    Pool Party card – 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" score at 1 1/2" & 4 1/4"
    DSP – left is 2 1/2" X 5 1/4", inside right is 1 1/2" X 5 1/4", White is 2 3/8" X 5 1/4"
    Black is 2 5/8" square. The White is 2 1/2" square
