Details:

  • I also used a new and FREE Designer Paper called Paper Blooms here.  The colors are Seaside Spray with Navy & White.  I use this pretty color combo often. 
  • Can you tell it's a fun fold?  The Seaside Spray is 3" X 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4".  I added texture with the Meadow Moments embossing folder.  The Navy layer is a quarter sheet 5 1/2" X 4 1/4". 
  • I punched a white Small Bloom punch and added a pearl to the center.  It's sponged for a bit of color.  
  • The main image is stamped and punched out with the Rectangular Postage Punch.

  • My Sale-a-Bration & New Catalog open house displays

    I don't think I shared my displays & boards from my January New Catalog Open House yet!  

    Some are my own cards but many of these projects are swaps I received.  

    First is my 2022 Sale-a-Bration display table.

  • The easy way to do the Whitewashing Technique; with video

    I've been playing with the Whitewashing Technique lately. Today I'm sharing a card I made on Facebook Live with the Honeybee Home bundle.

    Please watch the video to see how to do this.  Here are some tips:

    • I stamped the main image using Gorgeous Grape ink onto the same color card stock.
    • Let it dry a bit and color the image in with White Craft ink and a water painter brush.
    • If you want to see the stamped image you'll want to use a light amount of White Craft ink. 
    • I add water to some White Craft ink in a puddle and use that to 'paint'.  
    • You can paint with strokes to indicate lines on your image.

    I used the Heart & Home doilies under the Tasteful Label die-cut.  

    The background paper is the Simply Marbelous Sale-a-Bration DSP that I added a bit of Highland Heather ink to.
