Pretty Prints card kit to go in June

Check out these colorful cards for this month's kit to go! I am featuring the Pretty Prints designer paper and the Lovely Layers Vellum.

There's quite a variety of cards here from fun birthday to pretty all occasions cards.  I used two stamp sets for the greetings here – Good Feelings & Nature's Prints. I design my kit cards around the colors & product so you can use greetings you already own, but if you'd prefer you can add on either or both stamp sets to the kits. 

This kit includes these 10 striking cards and the PDF tutorial.  Opt in to get one by June 19th here.  

The kit includes the following:

  • 10 pre-cut cards with die-cuts & punched pieces 
  • 1/2 pkg Pretty Prints designer paper 6" X 12"
  • a share of the Lovely Layers Vellum
  • a share of the Iridescent Rhinestones
  • The PDF tutorial with step by step instructions, measurements, supplies & photos
  • It does not include stamped images or stamps.  You can add it on either the Good Feelings or Nature's Thoughts.

  • An easy Gift Card idea for Christmas with free project sheet

    I shared this pretty card on last week’s video. It has an option for a gift card hidden inside.

    Isn’t it pretty? I featured the Modern Christmas suite here with the specialty DSP and the Ornamental Christmas bundle seen here.

    I just love the font on the greetings and the unique coordinating dies in this bundle.
    My colors are classy in Black, White and Gold foil. You might notice two different embossing folders on the White layer. One is the Traditional Wreath 3D and the other is the Forever Plaid 3D.

    There is a scored line on the front layer to create a pocket for a gift card inside. I used a punch to create a bit of interest on it.

    What do you think of this color combination for Christmas? I worried some might not like it but everyone at my Clubs loved this card. The Modern Christmas designer paper seen here is gorgeous with it’s fun patterns.

    I did heat emboss the greeting with Gold embossing powder and punched it out with the Labeled with Love punch. The bits of Gold foil all over this card really make it special!

  • Fabulous fun fold card with the Fluffy Squirrel bundle

    I hope you are enjoying your Thanksgiving weekend. We are spending it with my kids, eating, playing games and visiting more family.

    I am proud to share Candy’s swap card with you. It’s for our ‘foil’ themed November Team swap. She featured the Fluffy Squirrel bundle seen here.

    There are so many things that absolutely make this card a winner! She did case it from Ruth’s Stamping Corner.
    First of all the Need for Tweed designer series paper; how perfect! Then there’s the cute acorns that are included in the punch! Then the Earthen Toned foil paper circle – punched with our 2 3/8″ circle punch. And what about that neat fold she created!

    It’s basically a book-binding card fold but with a twist. She is great about sending me her Measurements:
    – Lost Lagoon 11″ X 4 1/4″ score on long side at 2 1/8″, 4 1/4″ & 5 1/2″, 2nd piece is 3 1/4″ X 4 1/4″
    – Vanilla – 2″ X 4″ and her sentiment is 3″ X 7/8″
    – Need for Tweed – 3″ X 4″, 1″ X 4″ & 2″ X 4″

  • A stunning Holiday card with free project sheet & video tutorial

    Here’s the other card I made on last week’s video. I loved playing with the Joyful Tidings stamp set seen here; it’s just my style!

    My colors include White, Basic Beige & Gold. Soft, pretty & classy.

    Here are the products I used:

    – Gold Striped ribbon
    – Low-profile dots (now retired)
    – Gold heat embossing powder
    – Creative Haven dies seen here for the leaf die-cuts
