Pretty Funfold card swaps by my talented Team!

Today I'm sharing the last batch of swap cards made by my Flowerbug's Team. Our swap theme was to feature glitz, shine or glimmer.  They truly did their best to show off our beautiful specialty papers!

What a gorgeous card and the nativity die-cut is beautiful with the stars DSP background.  It's actually an easy fun fold too.  Unfortunately this pretty Shining Brightly designer paper is gone and out of stock. Her colors are simple but stunning – Night of Navy, Vanilla and Gold. 

Measurements:

  • Card base 5 1/2" X 5 1/2" score at 4 1/4"
  • DSP 2 3/4" X 3" and 1" X 5 1/4"
  • Gold Foil 3" X 3 1/4" and 1 1/8" X 5 3/8"
  • White inside 4" X 5 1/4", plus die-cuts

Next is a uniquely special New Year's card made by Paula.

Her colors include Gray Granite, Silver & White. Like I said, it's uniquely beautiful and an easy fun fold too.

  • Silver glimmer paper 2 3/4" X 5 1/4" & 1" X 5 1/4" (sold out now)
  • Naturally Gilded DSP (online exclusive) 2 1/2" X 5" &  3/4" X 5"
  • leaf die-cut – Artistic dies from Annual catalog
  • Greeting die-cuts Nested Essentials (Annual catalog)

She used the Artistic dies to sponge a little detail inside her card.  Love it!

    Tomorrow, November 18th, is the last day to opt in for November's pre-cut kits to go.  There are three different kits this month; perfectly timed to ease the Holiday rush!

  • Fancy Easel Fold card with the Arrange a Wreath bundle

    We made this fancy fold card at October card clubs. The Easel really shows off the wreath from the Arrange a Wreath bundle in the Annual catalog. You can see it in the video below.

    You can see the Arrange a Wreath bundle here.  It has a ton of seasonal options in it. 
     
    ARRANGE A WREATH BUNDLE (ENGLISH) Save
     
    Measurements:
    • 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" scored in half at 4 1/4" first. Then cut on one half of the card at 3/4" from each edge to the score line. Now score the large, center area for the easel in half at 2 1/8"
    • Very Vanilla 3 3/4" X 3 1/2"
    • Old Olive 4" X 3 3/4"
    • Cherry Cobbler & Old Olive 3 3/4" squares for the wreath die-cuts plus scraps for the greeting punches
    • Heartwarming Hugs Designer Paper 5/8" X 4" (2 pieces)

  • Curvy Christmas; paired with the Curvy Dies

    I've always loved the look of curves and swirls so these new Curvy Celebrations products are right up my alley.  I've made so many projects I could share one each day for weeks! 

    QUITE CURVY VARIETY BUNDLE (ENGLISH) Save

    Here's one of my favorites.

    See what I mean?  The curves make this project 'stand out' special.

    My colors are Night of Navy, Sahara Sand and White.  The designer paper is from the new Classic Christmas 6 X 6" pack seen here.  This is only available through January 4th or while supplies last.  

    The same is true for the Curvy Christmas stamp set seen here.  It will not be in the upcoming catalog so get it now while you can.

    As you can see I cut two pieces of Navy card stock using the dotted curved die.  I heat embossed the greeting and the long stars image.  I die-cut two White sprigs from the same Curvy Dies and added them with a double Linen Thread bow.
