Pretty Bridge fold card with Snowflake Kisses with free project sheet & video tutorial

I shared this pretty card on last week’s Live video. It features the Elegant Pine Snowflake designer paper and the Snowflake Kisses bundle.

My colors include Pretty Peacock, White & Lost Lagoon above. The Elegant Pine Snowflake designer paper is beautiful and can be seen here.

I created a second card with Secret Sea as the card base instead of Pretty Peacock. Which do you prefer?

This card is a bridge fun fold layout. It starts out with a 5 1/2″ X 8 1/2″ card base but requires two extra cuts from the center score line down 1 1/8″ from each edge. It’s easy with our Paper Trimmer. Watch the video below to see how it’s done.

The photo below shows the card closed, the main panel lifted and the inside! Tip: We used a handmade stencil to sponge snowflakes on the inside. *cut snowflakes from a piece of card stock and sponge or blend ink through the windows.

  • Use both sides of your DSP on this neat ‘back fold’ card; so easy!

    I joined a few online swaps in December so I could get lots of samples for my New Catalog Launch on January 18th. I love to showcase lots of products from the new catalogs each time. 

    This is one I made featuring the Friends of the Ocean DSP: 

    With you in Mind Friends of the Ocean

    My colors include Coastal Cabana and Pumpkin Pie.  You cannot tell from the photo above that it's a fun fold card but it is. And it's so easy! 

    The Friends of the Ocean DSP is so colorful and fun; here's a peek it.

    The layered greeting is attached to the right sided edge and it holds the left side closed. 

    With you in Mind fun fold

    How? There's an extra score line 1" from the edge.  The card base is 7 1/2" X 5 1/2" score at 1" and 4 1/4". 

    I used the new With You in Mind stamp set for this card.  I love it because the greetings are nice & large and it's my friend Julie Davison's million $ stamp set!  The greeting fits onto the new To the Point punch well and that layers on our 2 3/8" circle punch perfectly.

  • Happy New Year! Check out my January Specials

    I hope you enjoyed your New Year's.  If you didn't celebrate hopefully you had some relaxing time in.  That's what we did. Plus organized a few cabinets.  It always seems like a great time to go through our stuff and toss or donate some things we don't need. 

    Today I'm sharing a few of the specials I'm offering to my customers in January. 

    First is a big stack of free card kits.  I put together some printed card bases and envelopes plus Memories & More cards. These will be wonderful for easy card assembly. Or jazz them up with more layers, embellishments & other items if you wish. They're a great starting point to your creative processes.

    I have two new product share opportunities from the 2025 Spring Catalog coming up. 

    First is my Designer Paper Share:

    This share will include 49 pieces of 6 X 6" designer series papers; all from the new 2025 Spring Catalog. There are 7 new packs and you'll get one sheet of each package.  You'll also get a sampling of the two specialty papers that have printed die-cuts.  

    Details:

    • The cost is $23 with 1st Class Shipping.
    • Payment via PayPal, Venmo or credit card. 
    • Get double the share (most are 6" X 12") for $32 plus Priority shipping of $9 = $41
