Oh So Ombre cards; quick & easy with my 2-cut template!

Check out these cute cards made with the upcoming Sale-a-Bration FREE designer paper called 'Oh So Ombre'. I created them on my Stamp with Me FB Live Monday night. I created a template to chop up a piece of designer paper into 4 pieces. See the video below.

It's a pack of 48 sheets in 6 X 6" size with beautiful colors & patterns with a gradual color change. One side is smooth and the other features the fun dots.

I made these 3 cards with the Dandy Garden Designer Paper (another sneak peak; from the 2021 Spring Catalog) with my template seen below.

Start out with a piece of double sided Designer Paper measuring 4" X 5 1/4" and then cut it into 4 pieces using the template below. Then, mix & match your pieces on a 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" card base.

Tips:

This is easiest if you use patterns without a direction on them; such as flowers that grow up from the bottom or words.
Choose one pack of DSP that coordinates well and cut 2-3 pieces in a variety of patterns. It's fun to mix & match them.

Card kit to go; craft safely in your own home!

There have been many closures and cancellations announced this week due to the Corona Virus. I am continuing to hold my small events so far as most are under 10 people. But if you're playing it safe and staying home, I have a great option for you to continue to craft in your home.

Rise & Shine; a cute reversible stamp set!

We played with the Rise & Shine stamp set this weekend at Becky's workshop. I love these colors together!

It's Flirty Flamingo, Petal Pink and Smoky Slate. We used the Detailed Trio punch to round the corners on opposite sides of our layers here.

The checked patterned paper is from the Pleased as Punch pkg seen here. It's available just through March.

Golden Honey Scrapbook Class with a kit to go option

Scrapbooking was my first paper crafting hobby. Now I spend a lot more time making cards than I do scrapbook pages.

I just knew the Golden Honey specialty designer paper would make gorgeous layouts! This designer paper is no longer available during Sale-a-Bration but I have a supply of it for these classes.

I made 5 beautiful, unique layouts with 12 X 12" card stock. Because this paper is black and white based with some gold accents I could add lots of fun colors to create my layouts. I LOVE black and white with a pop of color on my projects!

Here's a full view of two of them. This first layout has Bermuda Bay as the main color with the Detailed Bee dies. The page title is from the Hand-Lettered Prose dies seen here.

Here's another one in all black and white with gold accents. I added daisy punched accents on this page.

There isn't any stamping on these pages; it's all pre-cut, punched or die-cut pieces. It also includes the embellishments too. All you need is adhesive so it's perfect to finish up at home!

The class is on Saturday, March 28th at 2 pm. The cost is $25 for all 10 pages. It's also available as a kit to go for both local and long distance customers. It's an extra $5 for shipping. RSVP by March 19th to receive a kit.

The kit includes everything you see; pre-cut pieces, die-cuts, photos and tips on assembly. Kits are mailed out at the end of March.
