I love seeing what my Flowerbugs make for our monthly Team swaps.  Swaps are optional and fun for those who choose to join in.

Today I'm sharing two cards; one birthday and one Christmas.

First is Tammi's card made with the Biggest Wish stamp set & the Pattern Party designer paper.  If you're wondering where this paper is from it's a Hostess choice.  You can get it as part of your free products with an order over $150.  That's when hostess benefits kick in.

She added a wrap of the Black glittered ribbon around her 4"X 5 1/4" card front which brings in the Black stamped images to coordinate.  Here DSP is 4" X 3".  

Next up is Candy's pretty wreath card.  

She used the Forever Fern stamp set to create a wreath stamping around a masked off circle in the center.  What a great way to use a stamp set that isn't even Christmas!

I believe her colors are Real Red, Garden Green & Blackberry Bliss.  The greeting is from the Merriest Moments.  The corner accents are from the Detailed Trio punch. I love her itty bitty bow!

  • Fault Line technique with Layered Thoughts – video & free project sheet too

    I shared this neat technique on last week’s Live video.  It’s called the ‘Fault Line’ technique.

    The Fault Line technique is where you layer torn papers together.  Here I used the Full of Life designer paper with Bubble Bath and Berry Burst.  The greeting is stamped on another sheet of this designer paper and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.  I fussy cut it and popped it up between the fault lines.

    As you can see in the photo above I did my greetings two says.  The top right is done by heat embossing the greeting with White embossing powder.  The lower left is with clear embossing powder.
