More amazing Clean & Simple swap cards by the Flowerbug’s

I shared 4 of our Team swaps yesterday and today I'm sharing more. They're all incredible!

Our theme was to create cards that are 'Clean & Simple' without any designer paper. This is NOT easy for some advanced stampers!

First up is Karen's card which is just her style:

She used the Mini corrugated 3D embossing folder seen here and linen thread. Plus the Painted Lavender & Friends for Life die-cuts on her Basic Beige & White card.

Next is a stunning card made by Paula. She used the new Thankful Garden bundle seen here.

Her colors include Very Vanilla & Crumb Cake. She heat embossed the floral image in Gold embossing powder. The background is made with the Thankful Garden stencils included in the bundle.

And look at the incredible card Jacki made!

She used the Friends for Life dies and the Waves 3D embossing folder. Simply White with a pop of Black for an elegant look.

Next is Joan's monochromatic card featuring the Coffee with Friends stamp set:

She used Pecan Pie and colored the images in with watercolor pencils. Beautifully done!

Easel Calendar with a post it box; made by Melissa

I LOVE sharing what my friends make. Shout out to Melissa who made this adorable, bright & happy Easel Calendar for her club friends this month.

She searched for a tutorial and actually found one I did last year! She added a box for a pack of post-it notes too!

She used the Pattern Party host paper seen here or on page 171 of our Annual catalog. I always encourage my hostesses to choose this paper; it's the BEST deal! - Card base 4 ¼” X 11” scored at 5 ½”.
- Easel 4” X 4” scored at ½”, 2” & 3 ½”
- DSP 4” X 5 ¼”
- Note box 4” X 5 1/8” scored at 3/8” on the short side. On the long side score at 2 3/8” & 2 ¾”. *Wrap it with DSP if desired.

I played with the Rainbow of Happiness bundle on Facebook Live earlier this week. Here's a neat shaker card I made:

It's hard to see in the photo above but the paper inside the shaker is our Rainbow Glimmer specialty paper from the annual catalog. I share a neat trick to get these rainbow die-cuts in place in the video below or click here.

Here are some details:
- The large rainbow is made with the Brilliant Rainbow dies – it's part of the Rainbow of Happiness bundle.
- The small clouds are die-cut from our Supple Shimmer paper & the Rainbow dies
- The sequins & beads in the shaker are from the Sparkle & Shine sequins
- I used our Foam Adhesive strips on the back side of the White die-cut piece to raise it and keep the shaker pieces in place.
- The large clouds are punched with our new Cloud Punch. One is punched from the Sunshine & Rainbows free DSP during our Sale-a-Bration promotion. See it here.

The card above on the left has a cloud bank made with our Border Basic dies and our new Supple Shimmer paper. Stampin' Up! is terrific at coordinating their products so incredibly.

Grassy Grove dies make amazing cards quickly! Video too!

I was inspired to use the Grassy Grove bundle for a January card club project because of this card made by Deloris; one of my Flowerbug's Team members.

See what I mean? It's striking & stunning! She used Blackberry Bliss and that background is the amazing New Horizon 6 X 6" DSP seen here. Her greeting is stamped on a stitched rectangle die-cut on Fresh Freesia CS.

I changed the colors but still kept the large die-cut and the pretty paper the star of the card.

The die-cut is Black, cut at 5 1/8" X 3 7/8". The New Horizons paper is cut just a hair smaller. We simply added two of the deer in the Grassy Grove dies and a greeting on an Oval punched piece.

The card bases were either Soft Succulent or Misty Moonlight as that coordinated with most of the designer paper scenes.

Here is what the inside looks like. We stamped the trees in the Grassy Grove stamp set in Black and added a greeting. This greeting is part of the Special Moments stamp set seen here (free during our Sale-a-Bration promo now)

Here are three of the cards all together. See how the New Horizons designer paper can change the background scene so easily? Everyone thought these made perfect masculine cards and sympathy cards as well.
