Masterfully Made & Wanted to Say quick card ideas with video tips

And our annual Stampin' Sale is done!  Each June my customers and I host a paper crafting sale – this year we had 30 sellers and we had a fabulous turnout!

That photo was just the stamps for sale; we had so much more!  I wish you could be here for it, but I know it is a long way for some to Minot, ND.  But if you're near me, plan for the weekend after Father's Day. Make a road trip if you can.  
We had one person come from St. Louis and another who was in town visiting from Peru!  They were so glad to be here for this annual event.

Last week I shared three card ideas featuring three products: Masterfully Made designer series paper, Wanted to Say dies and Border Basics dies. Here's one of them:

Wanted to Say Feel better Save

The Masterfully Made designer paper features a torn edge look to a few of the sheets.  I chose this one because of it's beautiful colors.  I added Berry Burst, Fresh Freesia and Azure Afternoon in the die-cuts from the Wanted to Say dies.  This set of dies has a detailed and a layered die for each set of words in the set, plus a bunch of other dies like the flowers I used here. The angled border on the White card base is die-cut with the Basic Borders dies seen here.  I love these and use them often.  You can see them here.  I saved the piece I die-cut and used it on another card.  Here are both of the cards I made, using two different sheets of the Masterfully Made DSP.

  • Gingerbread & Peppermint cards – get the pre-cut kit or the PDF tutorial

    I've been thrilled with the response to my card kits to go lately.  Obviously many of you love pre-cut kits!  Christmas is a great time to get them when many crafters are looking for easy ideas to create their holiday cards quickly. 

    I chose the Gingerbread & Peppermint designer paper this month for its fun, nostalgic designs and traditional colors.  Look at the cards in this kit:

    Gingerbread all Save

    Most of these cute cards are unique fun folds too.  This designer paper is filled with larger shaped images for cute accents, or use the plaids, stripes, and swirls for candy, backgrounds, or accent pieces. 

    This card kit is available through November 18th & includes the following:

    • 10 pre-cut cards including die-cut & punched pieces. 
    • $20 in product including the Gingerbread & Peppermint DSP & Red Rhinestones.
    • the free PDF tutorial with photos, measurements, directions and supply list

    It does not include stamped images, red ribbon or white twine.  You will need to cut your new Designer paper to finish the cards as shown including fussy cutting some images from the paper. 

    I used Real Red, Old Olive & Early Espresso inks as well as the Frosted Gingerbread & Snowman Season stamp sets.  You can easily substitute other greetings.

  • Ever Eden; a gorgeous card kit to go!

    I may be called Flowerbug but my real love is botanicals – trees & leaves.  This collection of products is gorgeous in greens, gold & a bit of Cherry Cobbler and consists of mostly leaves, berries & stems.  I've made sooo many projects with it in the last week; it's truly beautiful.

    You'll use a paper trimmer to cut your new designer paper to complete the cards. You'll also need ink & stamps. I used Evening Evergreen & Soft Succulent inks and the Eden's Garden stamp set; but you easily can substitute whatever you own.
