On last week’s video I shared a bunch of new, upcoming products and this card is a favorite!

I’ll help you out…. One is the stamp & die bundle of course; it’s called Friendly Foliage. The other is the designer paper called Brushed with Beauty. Next is that pretty embossing folder called Pretty Patterns of course! Lastly is the gems.

I changed up the card above to use the other coordinating die in this bundle. It cuts out the center of the foliage.

Misty Trees Beauty of Friendship card

With each new catalog I always join several card swaps so I have lots of samples to share with my customers.

Here's one I created featuring the Beauty of Friendship Bundle.

The colors are the new In Colors of course; Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen. The background stamping is made by stamping the trees several times without reinking. This gives you several hues/generations of ink which creates a misty, grouping of trees. I love this effect with a 'naked' tree! It reminds me of my Father-in-Law who loved naked trees.

Other details:
- The greeting is stamped in Evening Evergreen ink on a 1" strip of our Vellum card stock. I immediately heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. Classic (or waterbase) ink does not dry quickly on vellum so you get colored, embossing easily.
- The vellum was cut long enough to wrap around the outside edge and adhere to the back side.
- The dark tree was stamped in Evening Evergreen ink on White CS and die-cut with the Beautiful Trees dies.

Pansy Petals cards kit to go; pretty & spring-like!

The new Pansy Petals designer paper is so pretty it was easy to create beautiful, eye catching cards with it.

Here are a few reasons why I love this new Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper:
