Get a free shopping spree when you shop from me or at my Stampin’ Up! store! Below are the details.
Fill out the Frequent Shopper form and when you reach 10 flowers return it to me to redeem your free choices valued at $50 or less.
- NOTE: You are responsible for tracking your own orders.
- ONE CUSTOMER: Per sheet. Flowers are not transferable.
- $50 = 1 flower: Get a flower for each $50 increment.
* Orders of $49.99 don’t qualify for a flower.
* Separate orders may not be combined to reach a point.
For example, a $103 order = 2 flowers. If the next order is $57, it is 1 flower (not 2). - Points based on the sub total; before shipping and tax.
- Points are good for 2 years from their order purchase date.
- Only valid on Stampin’ Up! orders placed thru LeeAnn Greff’s store.
- Cannot be combined with local Card Club benefits. This program is meant for those who are long distance from me or are not in a local Card Club.
- I will order the products within a week or two and ship them to the address on your form.
So if you have purchased from me before I encourage you to go to the online store and look up your purchase history. You can go back 2 years!
*You can find this by logging in to Stampin’ Up! and clicking on ‘My Account’. Then click on ‘Order History’. This will reveal your previous purchases.
Click on them to see the details of your order. Print out the form below and fill it out. Keep track of your orders and send it to me when you’ve earned 10 flowers.
