Today I'm sharing two incredible fun fold swaps from our Team card swap this month.  The theme was to feature plaid.

Candace created her own plaid using markers on the upper left panel.  Wow!  He also used the Thankful Garden bundle for her flowers and leaves. This bundle includes dies and masks!  See it here.  

I love the sponging she did on her die-cut leaves.  Her colors include Lost Lagoon, Soft Sea Foam and Highland Heather.  The inside die is from the Arches dies – currently unavailable unfortunately.

Measurements:

  • card base 10 3/4" X 5 1/2" sc0re at 1 5/8", 3 1/4", 7 1/2" & 9"
  • left panel 2 1/2" X 3 1/2"; right panel 2 7/8" X 3 7/8"
  • purple side panels 1 1/4" X 5 1/2"
  • left 'plaid' panel is 2 3/8" X 3 3/8"; right panel is 2 3/4" X 3 3/4"

Note how the front panel with the checkered banner is outside the left side of the card. 

She used the Timeless Plaid & Otterly Adorable DSP here as well as the Arches dies.  Inside you'll find the Soft Waves embossing folder with a bit of sponging to catch the texture.

And it opens yet one more time!  I love how she added details to every layer on each side.   Her greetings are from the Everyday Arches bundle and Arched Wishes set.

  • Easy 8 Card Wonder template with Forever Fern in a kit to go!

    I'm super excited about my newest One Sheet Wonder; I'm calling it the Easy 8 Card Wonder.  I've been doing a bunch of quick card layouts on my Monday night FB live's and have loved the comments on how simple and easy the cards have been.  People are actually making cards and building their stash AND sending them out too!  I LOVE hearing this!  

    So I wanted to create a simple card plan using our beautiful stamped images as the main focus of the cards.  

    Forever Fern cards Save

    The 8 Card Wonder features a template you print on neutral card stock and stamp on the other side.  Then just cut on the printed lines and assemble your cards like shown.  Here's the stamped 8 1/2" X 11" White card stock before I turned it over and cut on the printed lines. 

    The Forever Fern distinktive images in this stamp set are absolutely stunning!

    For these cards I used Bermuda Bay, Gorgeous Grape, Old Olive and Pretty Peacock ink and card stock.

  • Forever Fern card with video; quick & gorgeous!

    Forever Fern is my absolute favorite stamp set in the new annual catalog so far.  The images are beautifully detailed and Distinktive!  That means that with one inking you get multiple hues of color on your stamped image.  Look at the detail and natural shading! See it here.

    Crafters are always ready for new products, right?  Even if you think you there will always be more that you 'need'!  It's not hoarding or collecting if you actually use it, right?

    The card base is Misty Moonlight and the three 1 1/4" strips are Just Jade, Magenta Madness and Cinnamon Cider.  I added the greeting die-cuts in White and Bumble Bee. These pretty die-cuts are from the Tasteful Labels dies on page 179; they're awesome and one of my favorites I've used a ton.
