Heartfelt Hexagon cards with free printable project sheets

Today I'm sharing a few more cards made with the Heartfelt Hexagon punch bundle. See the first project here.

When creating this next card I chose to use the Delightful Floral designer paper seen here. I had a few large scraps in the package and created this card:

It's a classic layout that's perfect for using up those random pieces of designer paper you might have. I like to layer one of the pieces to bring in another color layer; Pretty Peacock here. Then I simply added a layered Hexagon punch combined with the pretty Elegant Edge Tag Topper punch. You can see it here online.

My Lemon Lime Twist strip is 1" X 3 1/2" which is perfect for that delicate edge.

It's quite easy to layer the Hexagon punch. Punch a second contrasting piece, cut it in half horizontally and add the stamped punched piece to it leaving a small border at the top & bottom. You can see how this is done in the video below.

Next is an easy card layout featuring designer paper scraps. This time I chose the beautiful All About Autumn specialty designer paper. This has been so popular they cannot keep it in stock! It's currently unavailable but should return the week of October 30th.

Power of Hope meets Peacock Foil

For our February Flowerbug's Team swap we chose to do a swap featuring Sale-a-Bration cards. They are all fantastic! Over the top wonderful. I cannot wait to share them all with you.

Here's the one I made using the Power of Hope bundle seen here. It's one of the free items you receive with purchase during our Sale-a-Bration promotion from now through March 31st; or while supplies last. I do suspect this will sell out before March is over.

I textured the Noble Peacock Foil (seen here) with the Stone embossing folder from this bundle. Adding texture to this pretty foil brings it over the top! I also added a layer of vellum and a few flags of Peacock foil. It comes in 6 single-sided sheets of 12 X 12" foil paper. 2 each of 3 colors: Blueberry Bushel, Old Olive, Pretty Peacock. There are Noble Peacock rhinestones that match this paper perfectly.

Seriously the Best Cards with Golden Honey Folio gift pouch & video

I chose to use the Golden Honey Specialty Designer Paper for my color inspiration. It's Black, White with Gold foil accents. Measurements and details are below.

As you can see I made a few cards with just black, white and gold. Then I added color on the other with Melon Mambo & used just the black and white DSP. You can add any of your favorite colors to this pretty paper; Black and White is just the beginning!

Here are the measurements for the folio pouch and cards.
- Folio is 8 1/2" X 11". Score on the long side at 5 1/4" and 5 3/4". Score on the short side at 6 1/2".
- DSP on the front is 4 1/2" X 5 3/4" and the white layer is 4 5/8" X 6"
- Cards measure 4 1/4" X 9"; scored at 5 1/2". DSP is 3 1/4" X 4" and 1 7/8" X 4".

Positive Thoughts; This or That?

I did have trouble getting a good photo of the actual colors on this one. I added Petal Pink/Champagne ribbon and Champagne rhinestones to this one. I cannot resist adding these when I can. They're beautiful!
