Heart Shaped Triple Panel Gate-Fold card with video tutorial & free project sheet

I enjoyed casing my friend Susie Wood when I made this pretty card:

It features two Sale-a-Bration products: The Bloom Impressions designer series paper and the Heart Shaped bundle. Both are free with purchase through February 28th.

My card bases are Petunia Pop and the card stock panels are Blackberry Bliss. I love how the stamp under the die adds the pretty detail to the image.

As you can see below it's a gatefold card with the three panels added to the left side. See the free project sheet with measurements below:

Misty Trees Beauty of Friendship card

With each new catalog I always join several card swaps so I have lots of samples to share with my customers.

Here's one I created featuring the Beauty of Friendship Bundle.

The colors are the new In Colors of course; Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen. The background stamping is made by stamping the trees several times without reinking. This gives you several hues/generations of ink which creates a misty, grouping of trees. I love this effect with a 'naked' tree! It reminds me of my Father-in-Law who loved naked trees.

Other details:
- The greeting is stamped in Evening Evergreen ink on a 1" strip of our Vellum card stock. I immediately heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. Classic (or waterbase) ink does not dry quickly on vellum so you get colored, embossing easily.
- The vellum was cut long enough to wrap around the outside edge and adhere to the back side.
- The dark tree was stamped in Evening Evergreen ink on White CS and die-cut with the Beautiful Trees dies.

Pansy Petals cards kit to go; pretty & spring-like!
