Happy Valentine’s Day! A Sweet Treat Pouch; easy gift!

Here's a super neat way to give a treat to a friend. My friend Marilyn made these for her club gals this month. Many of my gals like to make something special for their fellow club members when they are hostess. I love seeing their creativity!

Isn't it cute? It's made from our clear envelopes! I think it's super clever. She found the idea online and changed it up so it opens at the bottom; no need to destroy the pretty topper to get to your treat!

The card stock and From My Heart designer paper are 'inside' the envelope. You can adhere your candies with mini glue dots to stay in place.

Watch the Facebook Live video replay below. I made one adding a nice big cookie. I placed the cookie in another clear envelope and inserted it into the outer one. I just checked it and it's still soft a few weeks later!

Details:

Clear envelopes – get 50 in a package for $6. See them here
Card stock topper is 3 1/2" X 5" scored at 2 1/2". Rounded with the Detailed Trio punch
From My Heart DSP topper is 1 1/2" X 4 3/4", bottom two corners are rounded
Card stock inside the envelope is 4 1/4" square
Designer Series Paper inside the envelope is 4" square
Be sure to have the opening at the bottom for easy access to your treat!
Stamps are from Little Ladybug, Heartfelt, Butterfly Gala, Stitched So Sweetly
I stamped directly on the punched heart above; it's punched from the From My Heart Specialty Designer paper!

Gorgeous Flowering Foils projects video

Here are three of the cards I shared in the FB video. These photos do not do them justice! The colors are Silver, White, Petal Pink and Rose Gold. The greetings are all from the Rare Blessings stamp set seen here.

I made a pretty stitched frame with the Stitched Rectangles dies and Silver Foil paper. Added a greeting and a fussy cut flower from the Flowering Foils paper. I sponged it with Petal Pink ink for a bit of soft color.

Check out this 'One Sheet Box' made from one 12 X 12" sheet of Designer paper! It's a really nice size; big enough to hold quite a few cookies inside it.
- Score the 12 x 12 paper at 3″ and 9 inches
- Rotate paper and score at 1″, 3 1/2″, 6 1/2″ and 9 inches. You can watch the video below to see it made.

Mountain Air; a gorgeous scene

You might know that I love creating scenic cards. Even though my nickname is 'Flowerbug' that's because I am a gardener; not because I love flowers. I do! But when making cards I actually lean towards botanicals or scenes with trees and water. This card is a perfect example of my 'style' using the Mountain Air bundle seen here.

I created it on my Facebook Live two weeks ago. It's super easy to make! Here's a link to it on FB.

The colors here are Seaside Spray, Night of Navy and Whisper White. I did use one of the dies from the Mountain Air bundle; that pretty detailed tree. I also sponged the mountains and trees a bit then stamped the trees again upside down in White Craft ink for 'water'. The greeting is from the Well Said stamp set.

I love this set so much I am featuring it in March. Anyone who purchases the Mountain Air stamp set or bundle from me (past or in March) qualifies to receive the 10 cards project tutorial. And all online orders (of any amount) will also receive it!
