Hand Penned Corner Latch Fold. And last day to get a free class kit in the mail!

I love this fun fold so much I chose to feature it for my June Card Clubs.  The Hand-Penned Designer Paper is perfect for it. 

Biggest Wish latch card. Save

This unique fun fold makes great use of your card stock.  The front flap is cut off from one end of your main card base.  Measurements are below.

Supplies:

  • Flowers & Leaves punch for the flower & leaves 
  • Hippo & Friends dies for the greeting layers
  • Hand Penned DSP
  • Biggest Wishes & Sunny Sentiments stamp sets

Measurements: 

  • Card base 4 1/4" X 11", scored at 5 1/2". Trim off 2 3/4" from one end & save.
    DSP – 2 pieces at 2 1/2" X 4"
    Corner is 2 1/4" square; cut in half on the diagonal
    White inside is 3" X 4 1/4"

    Our Flowerbug's Team swap theme in February was animal fun fold cards.  Here are two sweet cards using the Mischievous Mice stamp set.  It's one of our hostess sets you can earn free with an order over $150.  Stampin' Rewards are those you can use towards free & discounted products like this choice.  You can find them at the end of each catalog.  

    Sharon made this amazing card using Soft Succulent as her card base.

    the designer paper is from Harvest Meadow which was in the 2021 Holiday catalog.  Don't you love these cute images? She fussy cut the balloon and cheese out.

    Next is a card Annette made using Daffodil Delight and Soft Suede.  Her card is a standard gatefold; scoring a 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" card base at 2 1/8" from each end.

    She used our Hive 3D embossing folder, blending Daffodil ink over it.  Great effect she achieved!  She colored the image in with Blends markers.  Love that shadow she created! 

    And look at the sweet inside addition!

  • Awesome Otters is perfect with the Simply Marbelous!

    There are just 2 days left of Sale-a-Bration promotion and I had to share this sweet card my Flowerbug's team member Karen made for our recent swap. The theme was cards featuring animals & fun fold layout.

    She used Balmy Blue, Misty Moonlight & Gray Granite along with the Hippo & Friends dies. She colored him in with Blends markers.  

    This card is a triangle pop up card.  The front of the card is scored diagonally across it so you can give it a twist to pop it up.  The inside greeting holds it up.  

    The Awesome Otters set is adorable; those critters are so cute!
