Today I'm sharing an eye-catching card made with the Friends for Life bundle. I think they're fabulous if I do say so myself!

They feature the Friends for Life bundle seen here. I also used two more favorites – the Spotlight on Nature dies and the Dotted Circles 3D embossing folder. *Click on each title to see them in my store.

The unique Designer paper is the Full of Life 6 X 6" paper seen here. I love it so much; it includes bright bursts of colorful patterns filled with watercolor type prints. *my free tutorial of the month features this suite! See below.

The measurements are so simple. I cut the 6" DSP down to 5 1/4" X 6" and then cut that into two pieces – one for each card. I then textured it with the Dotted 3D embossing folder and added it to a narrow strip of coordinating card stock on the left side.

All that's left is to add the layered circles and friend die-cut.

I matched the DSP with coordinating card stock. The card above is Night of Navy and this card below is Shaded Spruce.

Seriously the Best Cards with Golden Honey Folio gift pouch & video

I chose to use the Golden Honey Specialty Designer Paper for my color inspiration. It's Black, White with Gold foil accents. Measurements and details are below.

As you can see I made a few cards with just black, white and gold. Then I added color on the other with Melon Mambo & used just the black and white DSP. You can add any of your favorite colors to this pretty paper; Black and White is just the beginning!

Here are the measurements for the folio pouch and cards.
- Folio is 8 1/2" X 11". Score on the long side at 5 1/4" and 5 3/4". Score on the short side at 6 1/2".
- DSP on the front is 4 1/2" X 5 3/4" and the white layer is 4 5/8" X 6"
- Cards measure 4 1/4" X 9"; scored at 5 1/2". DSP is 3 1/4" X 4" and 1 7/8" X 4".

Positive Thoughts; This or That?

I did have trouble getting a good photo of the actual colors on this one. I added Petal Pink/Champagne ribbon and Champagne rhinestones to this one. I cannot resist adding these when I can. They're beautiful!

Pleased as Punch Cards kit to go; bright and springy!

For February I chose to feature the new Pleased as Punch designer paper for my cards kit to go. It's bright and springy and coordinates with 4 of our newest punches! The Tulip, Umbrella, Heart Punch pack and new Blossom punches are the four.

I absolutely love these cards! All of the 5 designs are unique fun fold cards which are always a delight to create and fun for the recipient. Here's a photo of the Pleased as Punch designer paper; available now!

*You do not need to own the punches to complete these cards. They are easy to fussy cut!

I used the following inks: Gorgeous Grape, Balmy Blue and Calypso Coral.
