The measurements are as follows:

5” X 4 ¼” – score at ½” and 2 ¾", *get 4 from one sheet of CS
White tag – 2” X 6” scored at 4”, Black band is 1” X 5”
White rectangle die-cut (Stitched So Sweetly) is 2 3/4" X 1 5/8"
