Easy Diagonal cards; Stamp With Me tonight at 7:30 pm!

This week I'm highlighting some of the cards I've recently made on Facebook Live.  With two a week there's a lot!

Here are the cards for tonight's Facebook Live 'Stamp with Me' here.

I chose the pretty Misty Moonlight & Seaside Spray combination for these cards.  I love the two toned look of these In Colors together.  When you add White for a pop of brightness they really shine!

Join me here tomorrow night.  Prep the pieces, gather some supplies and we'll stamp together!

I used the Queen Anne's Lace stamp set seen here in Misty Moonlight, White & Seaside Spray.

You can really see the Shimmer Crystal Effects on the flowers in this photo!

Measurements:
Card bases 4 1/4" X 11" scored at 5 1/2"

  • Springtime Scenes bundle meets Painted Illusions DSP

I had a play with the Springtime Scenes bundle and paired it with the pretty Painted Illusions designer paper.

My colors are Pretty in Pink, White & Lost Lagoon.
    Measurements: Card base 4 1/4″ X 11″, DSP 1 3/4″ X 5 1/2″, White square 3 1/4″, Lost Lagoon square 3 1/2″

I started out with the large circle/leaf die-cut. I stamped the greeting inside the circle and then textured the White square with the Beautiful Pattern embossing folder. Now I could add the circle, the flower – both from the Springtime Scenes bundle seen here. It was out of stock for awhile but it’s back now. So many neat die-cuts and the greetings are quite a good variety.

Next I adhered a strip of the Painted Illusions DSP (Product of the Month) to the card base and added two thin scraps of White CS diagonally. Because I had the large square and the DSP strip I felt it needed something without hard angles like the square/rectangle layers. This gives a bit of fun to the card.

  • Notes of Spring tutorial is available!

Each month I collaborate with other Demonstrators to create a Product of the Month (POM) tutorial. Everyone who purchases the POM from me will receive it free!
How it works: you can redeem any of the Product of the Month items for just $5 once your order reaches the $75 mark.

Here’s a peek of the 12 projects in this tutorial:

The March POM is the Notes of Spring stamp set seen here. It’s a 2-step stamp set that includes greeting images too!

I’ve sent this tutorial to each of my customers now, but the offer never ends! If you order it and the set is available, I’ll send it to you.

There is one other POM available – the Painted Illusions DSP seen here.

These items are available while supplies last; once they’re gone they will not return. So get them while you can!

Starting April 1st we’ll have a new POM to choose from; the Eyelet Bloom dies.

Its intricate pattern creates a full background that fills large areas beautifully for a polished, handcrafted look in one easy cut.

  • Neat Fun Fold card with video & free project sheet

I shared this neat fun fold card on last week’s video. It is the standard size card but shows off your designer paper so nicely.

The 11″ X 4 1/4″ piece of card stock has an extra score line on the front left. This gives you a spot for a DSP strip and to adhere a 4 1/4″ piece of DSP under that flap. It opens fully because the DSP is only attached to the scored flap. So cool!
My colors include Misty Moonlight, Strawberry Slush & Crushed Curry; taken from the designer series paper. The little butterflies dies are from the Cutest Crew dies. That greeting is from the Springtime Scenes dies.

I used the new Homemade Sweetness DSP here with the greeting from the Cutest Crew stamp set. The checked Misty Moonlight ribbon is in the suite with the Homemade Sweetness DSP. There is also a stamp & dies bundle and gems. Here’s a link to the DSP:

I did create a free project sheet for this card so you can make this fun fold too. Click here to access it.

Below is the video tutorial for this sweet card; I hope you watch it.
