Christmas cards stamp-a-stack class or kit; opt in by November 2nd!

I have my last Christmas card class (in the stamp a stack series) this Saturday, on November 6th and I'm offering a kit to go as well as the local class.  Class is at 10 am at my home studio.

Opt in by November 2nd to get this kit.  There may be some extras but don't count on it!  See it here in my Shop. 

This kit to go includes 3 each of 4 different cards with envelopes and the PDF tutorial as well.  Everything is pre-cut for you but it does not include stamped images or gems. 

The kits will be mailed out via Priority mail mid November.  However if you order any other November kits they'll ship out together at the end of the month. 

I used the Welcoming Woods, Heartfelt Wishes, Snow Wonder & Merry Snowflakes stamps & dies.  You can substitute other stamps or ink that you already own.

• Springtime Scenes card with video & free project sheet

  I shared this card last week with a video and a free project sheet. Think of using any designer paper you own. It’s a great layout!

  I chose the Easter Joy Specialty paper inspired me with the color theme. Shy Shamrock with Balmy Blue & White. Unusual but it sure works!

  It’s a simple ‘fold back’ fun fold where you add one extra score line at 2 3/4″ to this 11″ X 4 1/4″ card base. Of course it’s scored in half at 5 1/2″ as well. I cut the Balmy Blue layer to perfectly layer onto the inside White. It gives the illusion of multiple layers.

  That pretty die-cut leaf is from the Pleasant Patterns specialty paper seen here. For my stamps & the leaf die I used the Springtime Scenes bundle seen here. I love this set with the neat dies and stamps.

• Get inspired by a sketch with this sweet Splash of Sparkles card

  Each month I give my Flowerbug’s a creative challenge and they can participate if they’d like. This month it was a sketch:

  You can find card sketches like this all over Pinterest or other online sites. I think they’re a wonderful and easy way to create a card. Remember that sketches are a starting point; they don’t have to be exact or even that similar. They’re a great way to be inspired.

  I chose the Splash of Sparkles specialty designer paper for mine. See it here.

  My colors include Bubble Bath, Timid Tiger, Gold & White; all inspired by the beautiful designer paper. Who would have thought to combine these colors together? But the DSP is the magic that makes it work.

  I used a few different products here:

  • The greeting and die-cut are from the Lovely Arrangements bundle.
  • notice the new daisy embossing folder? That is the new Lazy Daisy 3D embossing folder found here. It is currently out of stock, but add your email on the product page to be informed when it’s back.
  • And that pretty Bubble Bath 1/8″ ribbon is wonderful and easy to work with. See it here.
  • The gold foil layer is the Textured Metallic paper seen here.
