Beautiful One Horse Open Sleigh Fancy Fold in a card kit to go or tutorial; you choose!

My second card kit option in July features the new One Horse Open Sleigh 6 X 6" designer paper by Stampin' Up!  This new scenic paper is featured in our Online Exclusives here.  There are 5 designs and each is a fancy fold card.

You will need the following to make the kit to go cards as I did:  

  • greeting images
  • Early Espresso, Mossy Meadow & Misty Moonlight inks
  • a paper trimmer and adhesives.  

Here's one of my favorite cards in this kit/tutorial. I love how it shows off the gorgeous scene in this beautiful designer paper.

  • Beautiful Plaid card featuring the Grow with Love bundle

    I shared this pretty card on a recent video.  I made it for our Team swap which had a plaid theme. 

    Grow with Love card Save

    It features the Grow with Love bundle seen here.  My colors include Basic Beige, Old Olive and Lost Lagoon – taken from the pretty Timeless Plaid layer. 

    The basil and stamped frame are all done with the Grow with Love dies.  The greeting is from the Mixed Label dies. I did sponge the edges and the leaves with Lost Lagoon ink.  The herb images in this set are so pretty and have Stampin' Up!'s distinktive style which shows off multiple hues with one inking.  The coordinating dies cut off the herb names; a great option if you do not want to include them.  

    GROW WITH LOVE BUNDLE (ENGLISH) Save

    The pretty embossing folder is called Dashing Designs and can be seen here. I'm so sad it's retiring!  This textured piece is made from our 2-toned Olive 12 X 12" card stock. When embossing this white core paper the texture reveals the white core just enough to enhance the texture.  I could have sanded it to reveal even more texture but I did not.

  • Another sweet card with Wildflower Birthday & Labeled with Love

    Here's one more card featuring the beautiful Wildflower Birthday specialty DSP.

    I changed up just a few things from the card I shared yesterday to make a totally new fun fold card.  Here I used Soft Sea Foam as my card base with Pretty in Pink and Blueberry Bushel accents.  

    I used the Labeled with Love stamp set & coordinating punch.  Unfortunately this stamp set just sold out; it was on the Last Chance/retired list. 

    Here's what it looks like opened.

    Measurements:

    • card base 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" score at 2 1/8" & 4 1/4"
    • Blueberry Bushel 3 1/4" X 2 5/8"
    • White inside 4" X 5 1/4"
    • DSP – left panel 1 7/8" X 5 1/4", cakes panel 3" X 2 3/8"

    And here's the video below. Besides this card I created another similar card with just a few adjustments to the original.

  • Easy Wildflower Birthday fun fold with free project sheet & video tutorial

    I'm excited to share this card with you today.  

    Wildflowers Birthday club Save

    It's a type of Z-fold but different than I've seen before.  With two quick score lines you have an easy & unique card fold! I love how this card gives you three ways to show off our coordinating DSP.  

    I featured the Wildflower Birthday specialty designer series paper on these pretty cards.  It's filled with floral & birthday prints with splashes of gold foil.  It also comes with 2 sheets of die-cut elements as shown below which allows for super quick creating.  See it here.

    Here's how the cards look fully opened.  For greetings I used the So Sincere which is retiring & Simply Said which is carrying over.
