Awesome Sale-a-Bration Team card swap samples

We held our monthly Team swap and meeting this weekend.  As usual my gals created fabulous cards to share with each other.  

First is a rainbow of carrots card made by Karen.  She used the Thanks a Bunch stamp set.  It's a free choice during our Sale-a-Bration promotion; yours with any $50 purchase of Stampin' Up! products.

Rainbow carrots are one of the fun food trends right now; she did it proud!  She used the Stamparatus to stamp her carrots, repositioning the card stock on her mat each time so the two step stamps lined up perfectly.  Genius!  I plan to share her technique soon.  

She used the new Cane Weave 3D embossing folder seen here, new Pastel Adhesive-Backed sequins, the Deckled Rectangle dies and the new Happy Labels Pick a Punch for her greeting.

It's a beautiful 2-step stamp set that is also distinktive; which means it gives two tones of ink on one stamping.  My favorite types of stamp hands down! 

Her colors are Fresh Freesia, Old Olive and Black. She added that soft layer of Vellum too!

Measurements are: 

Card base 4 1/4" X 11", White – 3" X 4 1/8", Black 3 1/8" X 4 1/4" and Vellum is 3 5/8" X 4 3/4"

The Owl tag is loose and can be removed from the card front.  It is caught on the horizontal greeting banner that is only anchored at the outer edges.  I love this idea!  You could add a bookmark in the same way.  

Her colors are Calypso Coral with Fresh Freesia.

  • Use both sides of your DSP on this neat ‘back fold’ card; so easy!

    I joined a few online swaps in December so I could get lots of samples for my New Catalog Launch on January 18th. I love to showcase lots of products from the new catalogs each time. 

    This is one I made featuring the Friends of the Ocean DSP:

    My colors include Coastal Cabana and Pumpkin Pie.  You cannot tell from the photo above that it's a fun fold card but it is. And it's so easy! 

    The Friends of the Ocean DSP is so colorful and fun; here's a peek it.

    The layered greeting is attached to the right sided edge and it holds the left side closed.

    How? There's an extra score line 1" from the edge.  The card base is 7 1/2" X 5 1/2" score at 1" and 4 1/4". 

    I used the new With You in Mind stamp set for this card.  I love it because the greetings are nice & large and it's my friend Julie Davison's million $ stamp set!  The greeting fits onto the new To the Point punch well and that layers on our 2 3/8" circle punch perfectly.

  • Happy New Year! Check out my January Specials

    I hope you enjoyed your New Year's.  If you didn't celebrate hopefully you had some relaxing time in.  That's what we did. Plus organized a few cabinets.  It always seems like a great time to go through our stuff and toss or donate some things we don't need. 

    Today I'm sharing a few of the specials I'm offering to my customers in January. 

    First is a big stack of free card kits.  I put together some printed card bases and envelopes plus Memories & More cards. These will be wonderful for easy card assembly. Or jazz them up with more layers, embellishments & other items if you wish. They're a great starting point to your creative processes.

    I have two new product share opportunities from the 2025 Spring Catalog coming up. 

    First is my Designer Paper Share:

    This share will include 49 pieces of 6 X 6" designer series papers; all from the new 2025 Spring Catalog. There are 7 new packs and you'll get one sheet of each package.  You'll also get a sampling of the two specialty papers that have printed die-cuts.  

    Details:

    • The cost is $23 with 1st Class Shipping.
    • Payment via PayPal, Venmo or credit card. 
    • Get double the share (most are 6" X 12") for $32 plus Priority shipping of $9 = $41
    • The pre-paid reserved shares will be ordered by me on January 7th; then cut packaged and shipped to you mid January.
