Here's the inside view where you can see how she trimmed a portion of her card front away to create the window effect. *She'd normally stamp or add to the inside but she had to rush to get them mailed out in time.

Measurements:

White card base 11" X 4 1/4" score at 5 1/2". Trim away 1 3/8" from the center
Navy layers – top is 5 1/4" X 1 3/8", lower is 5 1/4" X 1 1/4"
White torn edge 5" X 1"

Her colors & sponging are amazing as usual. She used Silver foil for her tire rims and clear rhinestones for the starry sky.

Seriously the Best Cards with Golden Honey Folio gift pouch & video

I made this gorgeous cards & folio pouch project two weeks ago on Facebook Live. Join me each Tuesday at 11 am CT. Follow my FB page here.

I chose to use the Golden Honey Specialty Designer Paper for my color inspiration. It's Black, White with Gold foil accents. Measurements and details are below.

As you can see I made a few cards with just black, white and gold. Then I added color on the other with Melon Mambo & used just the black and white DSP. You can add any of your favorite colors to this pretty paper; Black and White is just the beginning!

Here are the measurements for the folio pouch and cards.
- Folio is 8 1/2" X 11". Score on the long side at 5 1/4" and 5 3/4". Score on the short side at 6 1/2".
- DSP on the front is 4 1/2" X 5 3/4" and the white layer is 4 5/8" X 6"
- Cards measure 4 1/4" X 9"; scored at 5 1/2". DSP is 3 1/4" X 4" and 1 7/8" X 4".

Positive Thoughts; This or That?

I did have trouble getting a good photo of the actual colors on this one. I added Petal Pink/Champagne ribbon and Champagne rhinestones to this one. I cannot resist adding these when I can. They're beautiful!

Pleased as Punch Cards kit to go; bright and springy!

For February I chose to feature the new Pleased as Punch designer paper for my cards kit to go. It's bright and springy and coordinates with 4 of our newest punches! The Tulip, Umbrella, Heart Punch pack and new Blossom punches are the four.

I absolutely love these cards! All of the 5 designs are unique fun fold cards which are always a delight to create and fun for the recipient. Here's a photo of the Pleased as Punch designer paper; available now!

*You do not need to own the punches to complete these cards. They are easy to fussy cut!

I used the following inks: Gorgeous Grape, Balmy Blue and Calypso Coral.

I added the Under My Umbrella bundle for most of my images and greetings. It has wonderful greetings that coordinate perfectly with the umbrella images.
