3 completely different cards with the Friendly Hello bundle; WOW!

Look at these three extremely different cards all featuring the same stamps & DSP:

This card is one I made for an online swap I participated in. I chose to use the Granny Apple Green sheet of DSP and paired it with Black & White. It's a simple layout that really shows off the colors & products.

Details:

The greeting is stamped onto a die-cut from the Hippo & Friends die.
That delicate leaf die-cut is from the Tropical Layers dies in the Jan-June catalog.
The butterfly is from the Catching Butterflies Sale-a-Bration stamp set.

Next is a pretty swap Ginny made but so much softer in colors.

She covered the entire card front with her Designer Paper and added a banner from another sheet of the DSP under the main White scalloped piece. She stamped in Gray Granite and colored in the bird & flowers with Blends markers.

Lastly today is another card I made for a swap. I paired the Pool Party sheet of this Designer Paper with Early Espresso. I've always loved these colors together. I stamped the flowers in Early Espresso ink onto our Vellum card stock and immediately heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Yes you CAN emboss with our Classic ink pads!

I textured the Pool Party card stock with the new Gingham embossing folder and rounded the upper right corner. I also cut our new frayed 3/4" White ribbon in half lengthwise and wrapped it round the left edge of the card stock.

A Touch of Ink Fun Fold card with Oh So Ombre; quick & easy!

We made these pretty fun fold cards at my February card clubs! I think the A Touch of Ink stamp set is incredibly versatile! There was an option for everyone's needs.

I added some of our new Black Matte gems and the pretty Black Glittered ribbon too. That neat stitched die-cut is from the Stitched Nested Label dies seen here.

Measurements:
- Black 5 ½” X 8 ½” score at 1 ½” and 4 ¼”
- Designer Paper – 5 1/2" X 6". Cut in order from left to right so the pattern matches making sure the 6" side is along the top. 2 ¾” X 5 ¼”, 1 1/8” X 5 ¼”, 2 1/8” X 5 ¼”. Plus the last piece on the right is 1 3/4" X 5 1/4"
- White inside 2 3/4" X 3 1/2", die-cut is 2" X 3 3/4"
- Black strip 1" X 2 3/4"

Beautiful Love You Always Foil Specialty paper

Last weekend we held our monthly card swap with my Flowerbug's Team. The theme was to use Specialty paper on their card.

The cards I'm sharing today all feature the Love You Always Specialty Foil papers. Did you know we have two kinds? A smooth foil seen here and printed foil seen here.

This first card was created by Karen G. She used both specialty papers with the Always in My Heart bundle. The Floral Heart dies are gorgeous! I love the heart and that banner!!!

This next beauty was created by Candace. She also used both of these pretty specialty papers along with the 'Love You More Than' dies. The embossing folder is the Parisian Flourish 3D seen here.

And lastly, this striking card was made by Mary. She combined the Love You Always paper with the True Love DSP.

She fussy cut the flowers from the True Love DSP and colored them with Blends markers. The Best Wishes is from the Art Gallery bundle.

Creative Cards Simple Sketch #CC2

Get inspired by sketches! You can find them everywhere online; especially on Pinterest. Just search for card sketches and you'll be amazed at the great layouts you'll come up with.

I've started a weekly challenge with my Flowerbug's Team where I share a card sketch or color challenge. I'm calling them Creative Cards or #CC. Here's the one we did last week:

I chose to use the Playing with Patterns designer paper and a new product that's coming out to everyone in March. It's called Butterfly Bouquet and it has gorgeous Designer Paper and a beautiful stamp & dies bundle. The stamp & dies will be out in the upcoming 2021 Annual Catalog in May. But they're releasing it early in March!

Demonstrators can order it now in February. On the card above I used mostly the DSP with just one purple die-cut. The greeting is from one of my favorite greeting sets; Happy Thoughts.
