Fabulous 1 sheet box for A2 cards with a free project sheet & video too!

I shared the coolest box on last week's video. It is made from 1 sheet of designer paper! 

Sunny Days cards & box Save

It fits six A2 sized cards and envelopes inside. It's the perfect way to gift cards to someone. 

I used the Sunny Days Sale-a-Bration paper for the box and the cards too.  Of course Sale-a-Bration is now over but hopefully you ordered this beautiful paper.  If not you can substitute any other designer paper.

I created a free project sheet for this easy box and the cards too!  See it below. There's also a template for it but it will help you to watch the video too.  Click here to watch it. Be sure to follow me on YouTube here. 

A2 box Template Save
Each of the cards are an easy fun fold layout.  I'll share measurements here too but they are included in the project sheet too.

This first one is a fun version of a book-binding card fold. Just add one more piece of card stock and you have a whole new card layout! 

Petal Pink cards Save

Measurements: Petal Pink card 11" X 4 1/4" score at 2 1/8", 4 1/4" & 5 1/2". 2nd piece is 3 1/4" X 4", White inside 2" X 4". DSP – large panel is 3" X 4", left is 1" X 4" & right is 2" X 4"

This next card has the designer paper as the card front; attached to the front flap. Love this and how you can see both sides of our pretty paper!

Poppy Parade card Save

Measurements: Poppy Parade card 5 1/4" X 5 1/2" score at 4 1/4". DSP – 1 piece at 3/4" X 5 1/2", 1 piece at 4" X 5 1/2". Petal Pink CS is 4" X 1"

This is a great fold that uses the trimmed off card base as the front panel. Love this one!!

Pool Party cards Save

See how I decorated my envelopes to match the cards!  This really elevates your projects and makes them extra special. 

Measurements: Pool Party cards – 11" X 4 1/4" score at 5 1/2"; cut off one end at 2 3/4". DSP 1 piece at 2" X 4", 2nd piece at 4" X 3"

    Here’s a pretty card I shared during last week’s video. It features many new upcoming products!

    The colors include Very Vanilla with Mossy Meadow. Isn’t that designer paper beautiful? It’s called Brushed with Beauty and is one of the new products coming out on November 4th.
    I also used a new stamp set called Delicate Framing. The greeting is stamped on a new set of dies called Creative Haven dies and that’s layered on a die from Branching Out.

    I love the leaf die-cuts in the Creative Haven dies! They’re just my style.

    Here it is fully opened: The Mossy Meadow layer is scored & folded to add another opportunity for adding our pretty designer papers.

  • Love this new Friendly Foliage bundle! Watch the video & grab the free project sheet

    On last week’s video I shared a bunch of new, upcoming products and this card is a favorite!

    Can you spy some of the new products here? There are 4 of them…..

    I’ll help you out…. One is the stamp & die bundle of course; it’s called Friendly Foliage. The other is the designer paper called Brushed with Beauty. Next is that pretty embossing folder called Pretty Patterns of course! Lastly is the gems.

    I changed up the card above to use the other coordinating die in this bundle. It cuts out the center of the foliage.

  • Sneak Peek of new products with a sketch for inspiration

    On last week’s video I shared three cards featuring a new designer paper coming out in November. It’s called Brushed with Beauty.

    My colors include Very Vanilla, Mossy Meadow & Calypso Coral. The stamp & dies bundle is called Words of Beauty and is part of the Brushed with Beauty suite. Demonstrators (& new team members) are able to order it early but you can see and order these new products on November 4th. They’re part of our Online Exclusives – new products released every other month.

    This layout was inspired by a sketch. Every month my Flowerbug’s have a creative challenge involving sketches or a color combo. This will be our November sketch inspiration. Sketches are a fabulous start to creating a card or scrapbook page. And they’re just an inspiration. As you can see I did not use a circle but the die from the Label Me Grateful dies seen here. I also flipped the center rectangle on it’s side.

    The Words of Beauty bundle will be a great option for greeting phrases. It includes two large sets of dies with the words ‘just’ and ‘because’ and then plenty of words to create your greeting. Plus the die I used with the word ‘because’ below is one of three in the package.

    You’ll notice the new packaging in the photo below. All new stamps & dies will be in these envelopes. Also all new stamps will be clear photopolymer and not red rubber.
